I just started working with Devin and just from the first lesson I can tell this is going to be a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled with a guitar. After just one lesson I can honestly say i can see an improvment in myself already! Can't wait to see where I am after I spend some time learning from Devin!

Zach was wonderful. His lesson was engaging and productive and he can communicate a concept in a way that a student can understand. His unparalleled enthusiasm for life and music shines through in his playing and teaching style. He shows a strong proficiency in many different styles. He was a great pleasure working with and I would strongly recommend him as a teacher and a performer. He is very easy going, positive and has a collaborative attitude. We will definitely coming back for more lessons, best investment yet on this musical journey. Many, many thanks!!

My daughter had her first lesson last week . She was super excited when she got home showing us the sheet music to the song she is learning to play. Thanks Todd for a great first lesson . The guys who work over in the music store are great as well . We're very patient and helpful to answer and questions and help you find what is best suited for YOUR needs . Would recommend Eastside guitar and drums to anyone looking for lessons or guitar and drum equipment . Thanks guys

I'd gladly say it was a pleasure learning and growing musically from Dr. K. Scott Eggert. He's taught me everything I need to know from reading music to breathing methods in vocal lessons. Throughout all the years of working with coaches and instructors Mr. Eggerts efforts back in 2008-2009 has helped me grow, and mold me into the courageous artist I have become today. Thanks to his amazing vocal techniques and musical ability one could only be fortunate enough to work with him and his patience. He was always on time and very serious about teaching music lessons with great passion and dedication. Dr. K. Scott Eggert has inspired me not only to cherrish and preserve my love for music but never give up when challenges arise...only to try harder and expect an even greater outcome.

        About

I can teach you how to play a song on the first lesson and develop an understanding of the fretboard, including open and barre chords, leading up to melodies.

        About

I teach musicians how to remember that they already know how to play music. I teach not only bass, but all instruments, because music is universal; sound is all around us. It courses through your veins whether you admit it or not. Everyone is given a box of crayons to color with in kindergarten, and at some point, they take your crayons away from you, and replace them with pencils and calculators. That little voice inside of you is just your inner child screaming for your crayons back. My job is to help you remember how to play with your crayons, and I do so love my job.

I teach my students the basics of music, and as they progress in this they are gradually introduced to what it means to feel out the music.
