Max is a phenomenal trainer! I have been working with him for almost a year now and not once have I regretted the decision to reach out to him. On the contrary, I am grateful to have found such a positive and energetic person to train with. I started working with Max with the intention of losing the extra weight I gained after college. We are currently switching gears and placing more emphasis on gaining lean muscle mass over weight loss, since I already lost about 25lbs from when we first started. Max and I went over my diet together and made a few key adjustments to help me along with my new goal. Max approaches each training sessions in a very thoughtful manner, keeping in mind the goals and the mindset of the client, which allows for very enjoyable and efficient training. Furthermore, I think it is worth mentioning that Max has a borderline supernatural propensity to stay optimistic, despite any challenges that he or his clients may be facing; this attitude helps tremendously during a particularly challenging workout, and it also provides a welcome solace when times get a little tough outside the gym.
Malik has been such a great coach! He pushes me when I want to give up, and encourages me to keep going! I already see results with little over two weeks of training.

Very professional but also very down to earth and easy to relate to! Every training session has been new and unique..I never know what to expect. We have worked with trx bands, weights, circuit training, and hiit. Bryant is an awesome trainer I definitely recommend him if your looking for someone who thinks out of the box and pushes you but makes training exciting!
I've been training with Elton for about 6 weeks now. During this time I've seen a huge improvement in my strength, cardio and flexibility, and I'm on track for achieving my goals within the timeframe we set at the beginning. Each training session is hard work but so much fun and Elton always checks in on my diet and adjusts the exercises to best suit me. Since starting training with Elton I'm also sleeping better, eating better and feeling healthy and strong. I'm incredibly grateful that I found Elton and strongly recommend him for personal training.
I used to be very active in my early/mid 20s, but because I worked all the time and I injured my back (I had a herniated disc), i slowly started becoming less and less active until it got to a point where I gained a ton of weight and was completely out of shape. I weighed 174lbs (20lbs more than what I used to weigh) and was completely unhappy with myself. A couple months ago, I decided to take control of it and contacted Aaron after looking up several different personal trainers that could accommodate my schedule and had various qualifications. After meeting him the first time, I knew that he was extremely knowledgeable and would push me to achieve my goals, as well as make sure that I would not re-injure my back. I went to him twice a week for 2 months now, and because of it, along with a decent diet, I have now lost 15 lbs and am back into the physique that I used to be in. I cannot stress how satisfied that I am and how much I recommend people train under him. My girlfriend is even going to start training under him after seeing the results that I have gotten thus far. I HIGHLY recommend anyone of all ages/sizes/goals go to him.
Great training program put together by Paul for our 16 year old son. He does a great job pushing and motivating our son to constantly improve on his results. We would recommend Paul for personal training.
DeMarcus has been a fantastic motivator. He does a wonderful job at pushing you to really go the extra mile. He is very considerate and takes into account not only your physical capabilities, but also how you are feeling mentally the days of your training session. Lisa is a personal trainer who offers a comprehensive approach to training that covers strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Her work-outs are always challenging, motivating, balanced and fun. She is able to deliver a tremendous amount of variety, keeping each training session fresh. Lisa is also understanding and mindful of individual goals and limitations. Every workout is a challenge but never so far out of my range/ability that I get frustrated. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who wants a customized and comprehensive fitness regime. She truly takes the time to understand her clients goals and needs.
When I set out to find options for exercise and a life adjustment I originally went to fitness centers. I came across BodyByCheeko online. I set up and appointment and immediately decided this would be my trainer. He listened to what I was looking to accomplish and also told me what I would need to do to accomplish that. He also did a 30 minute workout with me at the first visit. He has been my trainer since May 2013. 2 THUMBS UP
After a few failed gym attempts, I have finally found a place that I know is going to help me reach my goals. Although I have only been training at Body by Design for a little over a month, I am already in love with the place. I had Derrick as my personal trainer for roughly a year or so when I was 18 years old. I had no knowledge regarding physical training despite being psychically active and playing sports growing up. I started going to Jayd for personal training once a week about a month ago. I had previously been going to Title and doing power hour multiple times a week plus eating well for many months. I had my first session with Audra last weekend, and she totally kicked my tail (in a good way)... I knew when I left that she'd definitely taken my level of fitness into consideration and that the exercises she was giving me were tailored to my specific needs--not only to make me more fit, but to help me overcome some chronic shoulder pain. I highly recommend her, whether you're trying to learn how to work out safely, looking for that extra bit of motivation, or even if you've just plateaued doing what you always do and need some new tricks to get you back on track! She's also super-knowledgeable about nutrition and has made some really helpful recommendations that are working well for me so far!
