Daniel is a very person. He installed my dishwasher. He laid a plastic sheet underneath on my request and put the dishwasher on top of it. The most important thing is, he showed up in an hour notice and installed it on a Friday evening Be courteous with his time. He is a very nice person.

The technician installed the dishwasher assembly but couldn’t connect water connection to the dishwasher. Apparently it was an older PEX compression pipe which was out of scope for the installation. The handyman left the assembly without water connection. This was not informed in advance about limited piping knowledge. The assembly was just not very well set. Disappointment !

I had a horrible experience with an install company Lowes provided when I purchased the dishwasher so working with SHS was a complete 180. They got everything hooked up and tested before they left. He also hauled away the old dishwasher and provided an installation kit. Much better price than Lowe’s wanted to charge me. Pro: He arrived 25 minutes early prepared to work. He corrected the crossed lines and confirmed water was connected correctly. Con: Unfortunately, after arriving and beginning the work he stated he doesnt do dishwashers. He also doesn’t do carpentry; evidenced by the few screws left sticking out in the cabin. He dropped my brand new dishwasher on its face. Im not sure why this pro was listed for a dishwasher installation. He worked at it nearly 3 hours snd couldn’t get the dishwasher secured in the space. We previously had a dishwasher in and we had this one sitting in the cabin out of our way upon his arrival. He set us back a day’s installation. He explicitly told me he was not be called for a dishwasher if I needed help in the future. He tapped out in the 3rd hour and left. He didn’t look at the garbage disposal at all. He did say have a good day.

I hired Alfred to install my dishwasher after the Costco delivery team explained they won’t install hardwired units and left my new dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen. Alfred jumped right in with reinstalling and even ran to Lowes to grab a part I was missing. Everything’s working great now! I also had him install 6 new smoke/CO2 detectors and 2 large lighting fixtures. He was very professional and did great work. Would definitely hire him again!
