Mike is awesome. Very professional. He offers good training affordable programs packages that a welll worth it. His workouts will kick your butt but postive results will be in the end.
I have not started training as of yet with borock I've only had my consultation, but I think this is the place for me to finally accomplish my weight loss goals! I can't wait to become apart of the the Borock training team!!!

my 11 yr old son joined to build himself up during the off season for football. Jeniffer and her husband met with us and discussed the program he would be on and wht would be expected. he attend several times a week and physically his strength and endurance has improved. more over, his self confidence has improved not only from an athletic aspect but also a social one. jeniffer could not have been better in helping me the computer illiterate navigate the web site and get familliar with the online scheduling.

Hugo is very professional and brings a fun, customized approach to his personal training program. He is very charismatic and made me feel comfortable from our first meeting. I appreciated his approach to fitness goals and explaining a variety of pricing packages he has available to meet my fitness goals and budget. The work out activities are explained before each session and he is hands on demonstrating each move. He also has given me nutrition goals and suggestions in a way that fits my lifestyle.
Contacting Sherry is the best decision I've made in a long while. I have steered away from a fitness routine for several years -- I've had some previous injuries and poor training experiences. But Sherry has coupled her extensive knowledge of physical training and nutrition with excellent and compassionate motivation. She is respectful of my current level of fitness and models my routine with my goals in mind. I absolutely love the small space -- so much better for me than a huge gym. Daniel Ancheta put together a really great self defense seminar for myself and a group of seven other ladies ranging in age from middle school through senior adult. In a two hour time period, he and another professional trainer led us through simple, effective jiujitsu based evasive movements to get out of bad situations such as potential sexual assaults. I would absolutely recommend EDGE Performance Training for anyone considering this type of training for yourself or group of friends.
I have been working out for about 5 years. I'm 53 years old and was always thin but never muscular or toned . My 5 years at the gym with a trainer on and off got me in very good shape . I wanted to step it up and get in the very best shape I could and look like I could compete in a show, but without actually competing. That's when I started elite training with Ishmael. He is the best trainer I've ever worked with . He pushed me and made me realize that I can become strong and look as great as I wanted to. His workouts are tough.. But after you are done, you feel so awesome , and the results are amazing !! I'm toned, muscular, I have abs and in the best shape I have ever been in my life ! Candice has been training me for six months and has helped me meet my goals of losing five to ten pounds and toning different areas of my body. She has incorporated exercises into my routines that has also helped me strengthen my core and balance. Candice made me comfortable the first time I met with her. She was interested in my goals and did not try to intimidate me with an exercise program that would scare me away. She is very knowledgeable about how exercise and eating work together and shares all information to help meet goals. I will continue to work with Candice to maintain and maybe improve on my goals.
Jay was very positive & consitent. Results were amazing Due to my work schedule I was not able to consistently stay home in track. However I still utilize the workouts he taught me.
While I’ve only worked with STAG remotely for a brief time now, I can say I am definitely pleased. They are knowledgeable, motivated, and passionate about what they do. You are an individual to them — an individual with specific goals, training styles, nutritional and physical tolerances, strengths and weaknesses, and mental approach to training and life. I am training with Erik Pedrow and believe he is one of the most committed and gifted trainers around. Fitness is a passion for Erik; and it's infectious. He is college educated, smart, and keeps up with the latest in physiology and nutritional research. Erik has a keen talent for transforming his knowledge of hard science into an effective, challenging, and fun program that is geared just for you. Erik took note my goals, likes, dislikes, and current physical ability to create a customized strength building and workout program. I believe that without Erik's 1-on-1 training I would not have progressed as quickly and safely as with a one-size-fits-all program found at other gyms. Erik keeps me motivated and moving in the right direction to achieve my fitness and strength goals. Erik trains his clients at Masters Gym which is an awesome "urban" gym with an unbelievable sound system that makes workouts fun!

Sydney is a great trainer! Her athletic background always has her paying attention to my form and making sure I don’t do anything to hurt myself. She really knows her fitness and has tons of knowledge in the field. Not only does she know the body and fitness but she also knows nutrition. Her knowledge of nutrition alone has helped me tremendously!
I thoroughly love the Online Training provided by Joel. At first, I was hugely sceptical about Online Training, as I thought I'd need some more support from an in-person Trainer. However, having met up with Joel, I was hugely impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, and he assured me Online Training could help me. It really has. I love having the flexibility to workout in my own time, whenever it suits me, and having Joel to support me when required. It's great so far!
