Larry is very good at what he does and he seems to know a lot in his field. I would recommend him to anyone serious about getting to the next echelon in their fitness life. I am early in the program, but I am already starting to see results. He will expect you to put work in on your own time, but that of course is part of any training program.
Max is such a wonderful fitness trainer and nutritionist and the quintessential professional. He is a natural teacher and has shared so much information with me. Just finished my first training session with Elton. He is knowledgable, respectful and well spoken. He tailored our workout so that it was possible to keep motivated and challenged but it wasn't beyond my fitness level. He made sure I was using the correct form and technique with each movement, so as to maximize calorie burning while remaining safe. Elton is extremely professional and even shared his profound knowledge in thoughtful breathing / breathing exercises. I know I will be returning for more training sessions with Elton and can't wait to see the results in a few months!! I highly recommend him.

Bryant with TND Fitness has been my personal trainer for over a month. During this time, I have lost weight and gained lean muscle. What I like about Bryant is that he is easy going, his friendly personality creates a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging but rewarding. When I set out to find options for exercise and a life adjustment I originally went to fitness centers. I came across BodyByCheeko online. Donna knows how hard to push you. She is punctuality and very knowledgeable. She keeps check on form makes sure you are doing it right and makes it fun by changing things up. Would highly recommend Donna if you need a fitness trainer.
Albert was very professional and knowledgeable about fitness and message. I frequently participate in weight lifting competitions so I came to him for a sports massage to relieve pain and discomfort. Not only did he provide a superior massage, but he took his time and explained to me tips on how to warm up prior to weight-lifting, as well as showed me how to maximize my lift. What an excellent experience! I will definitely be going back.

I love being able to workout in the comfort of my home, especially when I am able to train with someone who can keep me motivated. Felicia is a wonderful trainer and has a great attention to detail which has done wonders for me. I finally understand the importance of being able to execute exercises correctly. I now feel much more confident in my workouts knowing that I will achieve my desired results. Felicia has helped me realize that my fitness goals are not as impossible as I once thought.

Natalie is fantastic. All around. I find that she has a creative, scientific, and systematic approach to helping me reach my goals. She has a lot of knowledge and some really good practical experience. I have struggled with fitness and food all my life and Natalie has been able to engage me throughout my process since I have known her. She gives me excellent advice about fitness and food, she seems to have a million different strategies to address problems so that we pick the right one for me, and she has a very informed background. I find that she is patient, really willing and interested in helping me and she makes me feel comfortable doing everything or talking about the parts that are hard. I know she has helped me tremendously in motivation, in information, and in feeling safe throughout the process. I think working with Natalie makes me better able to achieve my goals. I highly, highly, recommend her.
Catherine was my trainer for about a year. While working with her, I saw dramatic results both in my fitness level and in my strength. My run pace improved and my body became more toned. Her workouts incorporated different strength exercises mixed with intervals. She was motivational and very fun to work with. Danny has taken my training to a whole new level. I do mean training not just exercise. My husband and I were looking for someone who could coach us through linear progression barbell training. Not everyone knows what that is, but Danny does! He understands the science and applies it for success at strength training and diet. I've gone way beyond barbells. I'm squatting and deadlifting above my body weight in less than a month. If you want to be strong, you need Danny as your coach.
