My daughter has been taking piano lessons with Carly since May 2013, after taking a year-long break with another teacher. A happy parent referred us to Carly and I convinced my daughter to give piano another try, before giving it up altogether. I can honestly say that Carly brought the joy of learning and playing piano back to my daughter. My daughter can be very shy and Carly took the time to get to know her and they have formed a great teacher-student relationship. Carly motivates her with fun music, encouraging words and makes her eager to learn, rather than look at piano practice as a chore. I am very impressed with how far my daughter has come, in a short time, with her piano playing. I have gotten to see Carly play piano (and sing!) and she is an extremely talented young woman, that any child (or adult) would be lucky to learn from. She has always provided us with good communication, shown flexibility when needed and I highly recommend her to other parents.

My daughter has taken classical guitar lessons from Mr. Infantino for three years now. It has been amazing all that he has taught her musically and how encouraging he has been. He has gone above and beyond, even making pieces she wanted to play for school or church events appropriate for her level of skill so that she could perform them. We are so pleased with her growth while studying with him!

My daughter is a tough nut to crack. She loves her guitar lessons but is basically silent. I love that Kevin takes that, is still himself, and teaches her!

My son, Banks, started taking lessons in January with Jeremiah. It is amazing what Jeremiah has already taught him! The best part is that Jeremiah makes learning fun. Banks enjoys going to his lessons and picks up his guitar to practice without being asked. We have found a great teacher that also close by in Fuquay Varina.

Vernon is an excellent piano instructor. I began two years ago with half hour lessons and am now taking hour lessons weekly. His focus on proper technique, lessons, and lots of music, along with his positive and encouraging approach, have all been extremely helpful. He uses additional material and media to support the learning process (learning jazz soloing along with standards and audio comping). I appreciate that he enjoys teaching and constantly encourages his students' progress, yet listens and helps when there are difficulties. Vernon has made learning piano enjoyable and I have learned a lot.

Chris Bost is an excellent teacher and very knowledgeable. I've been working on playing off and on for almost 10 years and 2 months with him and I've made extraordinary strides. I'm playing songs that I've been trying to play for years on the first day. Highly recommended.

I provide beginner guitar lessons and understanding to guitar. I can use both electric and acoustic guitar and amps plus pedals and gizmos. I love teaching ,so it's rewarding to see a student grow and begin playing on their own.

About

I do in home lessons in the Raleigh and surrounding areas, particularly south of Raleigh around Clayton, Garner, Angier, Fuquay Varina, and as far south as Benson and Smithfield. I go as far as Zebulon east, Wake Forest north, and Durham and Cary West. I try to schedule lessons in a way that I'm not zigzagging back and forth all day. The convenience of your location and time with respect to my other lessons for that day, may increase or decrease your rate. My standard rates are: $30/30mins, $35/45mins, $40/60mins, $50/90mins, and $60/120mins per visit. I'm 28 years old and have been playing guitar since age 12. I am mostly self taught. I help people understand their instrument in a way that when they feel they are ready, can continue teaching themselves long after I am gone. I am very patient and easy to get along with. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Corey
