Eric Greenley is the best and most knowledgable personal fitness trainer I have had the opportunity to work with. He has years of experience as a professional fitness trainer and he is fully credentialed including several specialty areas. He listens carefully and he helps me to set realistic short term and long term goals. Eric always stresses safety first and proper technique. He inspires me to be successful and he has a contagious motivating and positive attitude. Eric is a competitive athlete himself and he is the best role model for his clients. I have been extremely impressed with Eric as my personal trainer and I highly recommend him.
At 40, I made a commitment this year to invest in my health so that I can be around a lot longer for my 3 kids. 2 years removed from knee surgery, with nerve damage in my elbow, and a bit overweight and definitely out of shape, I was struggling to put in the work required to get myself back into good physical condition on my own at my local gym. I was completely lacking motivation and was out of the practice of pushing myself physically. I've been with a personal trainer before and didn't find that the value exceeded the cost, so I was definitely hesitant to try it again. You feel a little sticker shock with personal trainers until you break it down to how much a session actually costs and also realize how much you spent on crap that had no lasting benefit. That all said, I took a shot with Bryant. The value was noticed within the first week. Bryant has a special talent for knowing when you're being blocked physically and being blocked mentally. When it's physical, he will switch gears or pull back just enough so that you get the work in and break that sweat and burn those calories. When it's mental, he has tricks to get you over that mental hurdle and break that personal best. He also has nutrition advice and checks your weight and measurements to make sure you are staying on track. I went a little overboard on my vacation. We worked it out ;) I'm down 15lbs (first time I've been under 200lbs since college), dropped 3 waist sizes and I can feel strength coming back to me and my endurance has improved dramatically in 3 short months. I feel great both mentally and physically. Lastly, it's been fun. Bryant has a great personality and although he makes sure you put in the work, we have some laughs too. I'm really glad I took the leap and chose Bryant. I'm getting great results and I look forward to continuing my training with him.

They offer a clean and new facility that is full of state-of-the-at equipment. They have highly trained and knowledgeable personal trainers on staff, which can help anyone reach their fitness goals. The shakes from the juice bar have a variety of options based on your individual needs, and they taste great! Drinking these are a perfect way to end a workout. Jennifer was a personal trainer and Barre Pilates Instructor. She taught proper form, technique posture and educated on overall health. She helped people reach optimum health through various techniques learned with years of experience in the fitness industry. Jennifer was able to help people of a wide variety of age, gender and fitness level. Her strengths are her knowledge of physiology and adaptation to the individual as well as a group. She was able to assist in showing individuals who were otherwise timid the benefits of personal health. I couldn't think of any improvements other than being able to clone herself to help more people, and her beginner computer skills.
