My hubby and I were looking to get back in shape and found Maxfit personal training. We started working out with Kris over a month ago, and it has been one of the best decisions. Kris helped us understand what needs to be done and the personal workout sessions with him are so much fun! He motivates you to do your best and always pushes you to do cardio! We are already seeing positive results of our efforts with Kris and so encouraged by the guidance being provided by him. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to improve their physical fitness and be more active.

I've been working with Thad, The RunnerDude, for over a year now in two 30 minute strengthening sessions a week. What great workouts he designs and what great encouragement he provides. Thad provides full attention during our sessions and ensures I'm using the correct form. He has the ability to pinpoint muscles that I didn't even know existed and with just the right amount of effort. He varies the program and there's always a new strengthening exercise to work on. Despite the effort, I can't remember a session when I didn't laugh at some point - Thad makes it a fun experience. He also developed a couple of excellent stengthening plans that I can use at hotels, when I'm on the road, without having to use the rusted and broken down equipment invariable found there.
Allen talked to me for a while the first time I came into Fitness One, and helped me select what membership I should start with (21 day bootcamp), and nearly 2 years later I am still an incredibly happy member. What Allen has created with Fitness One still blows my mind. No judgement, always exciting, super supportive....it's so unlike other gyms. I was trained by Mike back in 2013 needing to lose 20 lbs after a plateau. He was professional, easy to work with and made me feel at ease with weights and exciting cardio sessions. No session was ever the same which was great. One session I actually lost 4 lbs which was amazing to me. He also provided me with meal plan information. I have recommended him to friends. Great trainer and person as well.
Paul is very supportive and the workouts are efficient and effective. He has done an excellent job with educating me on the correct way to use equipment at the gym as well as healthy eating habits. Over the past year I have changed my life style and I look forward working out now.
