I have had the wonderful experience of cooking classes with Zacki. I find her to be very organized, articulate and creative. Not only does she provide wonderful recipes, but her eye for presentation and detail is amazing! Zacki is very kind and personable and has many years of experience in the field of personal chef/catering. She truly cares about sharing her knowledge and passion for great food and entertaining! I have seen photos of her catering events and feel she has an incredible talent for setting the tone with her food and drink presentation. Her catering talents would make any event a special event!

Amazing evening with chef Lemar! I planned a 9-person family birthday dinner for my brother's 25th birthday, so we had a mix of younger people and grandparents-which also meant a mixture of foodies and some less adventurous eaters- and Lemar delivered the perfect meal! He and I worked on the menu together- I gave him an idea of what we'd like, and he came back with several suggestions that could work for each course. The menu turned out perfectly and everything flowed together nicely. He made the most delicious cheesecake with strawberries and chocolate graham crackers, and the birthday boy was very happy! I highly recommend having Lemar come cook, and one of the best things is coming into the kitchen and seeing everything clean and packed away- such a treat! I had such a great experience with Chef Lemar that i would love to purchase one of his packages for a certain number of dinners per year (those are on his website). Thank you Lemar!!

    I hired Staffing a la Carte for a private party in my home. It went off without a hitch. They sent b us Jason, Amy and Jay, and these three worried seamlessly together to make my party Ann instant hit with my friends and family. Jason is a terrific cook, one of the best. If you hire them, be sure to ask about his bbq. It's absolutely delicious. Amy is also very professional and easy to deal with and she does a great job bartending. Their server/assistant Jay is efficient, kind, and helpful. I couldn't be more pleaded, and I will definitely hire them again. They were very well groomed, handled the event with professional courtesy, and made my party a smash success. Fantastic team!

    Simply scrumptious are the absolute best caterers I have ever used hands down! The food is amazing. They cook any type of food you can imagine. The shrimp and grits and the roast chicken were to die for. I have used them for cookouts, graduation parties, work events, and birthday parties. They are always prompt and professional.
