I hired Josh for Personal Training to help with weight/fat loss and strength training. Josh was very knowledgeable and was able to formulate a workout and nutrition program that fit my goals. He was friendly, accommodating and always made me comfortable. He challenged me without being overly aggressive or risking injury. He helped me lose 5% body fat and over 15lbs so far not to mention strength increases. The space he has available in North Syracuse/Mattydale is great.
