    Neli is fantastic! I found him very professional, experienced, knowledgable, kind, approachable and super easy to work with. This is the first time I have PT, and I consider myself very lucky to have found Neli because it's really not easy to find someone that you feel comfortable to work with. For me to have PT, the goal is to practice my vertical jump, strengthen my core and gain more muscle since I am a volleyball player, and with 4 classes now, I am already feeling the difference. Seriously, I highly recommend Neli to anyone who is looking for PT. :)

    I have a history of slipped disc and lower back issues.So choosing to train with Emmanuel was the best decision I've made this year. He was very engaged in maintaining continuity in my weekly schedules and thoughtfully gave me the right exercise regimen (that I could do on my won even when I went on vacation) .Though I could not lose as much weight as I had intended to (mostly because of my traveling job and lack of discipline when it comes to eating - I have to have my rice and curry), he got me off to a good start and I intend to continue though I moved to a different city. . I was in a traveling job flying monday through thursday and could only work out on weekends or on my days off. Thanks to my time with E, I developed a good degree of core strength and stronger abs to the point that my back stopped hurting like it used to before. He keeps it fun and is a good coach. And willing to work around my crazy schedules!
