Seeing Dr. Fekete has been nothing short of transformative. I came in thinking my weight issues were all about will power and feared a therapist would either judge me harshly or conversely, dismiss my responsibility entirely (there, there, overeating is not your fault). But, I found Dr. Fekete's personality so warm and friendly... so approachable, that my concerns just evaporated. Instead of judging me, she opened up a safe space for me to see how I judged and defeated myself. And, instead of pandering to my sense of hopelessness, she helped me formulate concrete steps with realistic and sustainable goals. Actually, her support allowed me formulate my own plan, giving me full ownership of the process. I'm now able to notice and let go of the inner turmoil experienced every time I'd sit down for a meal (or remain standing and eat fast so it wouldn't count). This experience has been so empowering!!! I came for help with weight loss but came away with so much more. Being treated like an adult in a safe and judgement-free environment has helped me feel like a competent adult rather than a helpless child. I'm also eating better and losing weight... slow and steady.

I hired Steve as my personal trainer two years ago to help me take off 110 lbs. He was training me three times a week and coaching me on how to eat. We were showing some progress but I was still having problems with self control in regards to my eating. Since Steve is also a nationally certified Hypnotherapist he did hypnotherapy for weight loss and that finally did the trick. I finally took off the weight, increased my energy and lowered my blood pressure ! Besides this I hired Steve around the same time to train my 87 year old dad who has age related issues. Steve met with my dad once a week for a year before he moved down to Florida, my dad always enjoyed the sessions while Steve always played some great music during those sessions. Now that my dad moved down to Florida he misses those sessions with Steve. I highly recommend him as he knows what he is doing ,very professional and cares He is also training people at any age. I have been working with Chris for weight loss for a several weeks now. I needed to lose 50 lbs. Chris used a special technique called the hypnotic gastric band. The results have been wonderful. So far, after working with Chris for a little over a month I've lost 20 lbs. And I've noticed the change in my appetite and the types of foods that I am craving. I'm very pleased with the results and I would highly recommend Chris, especially for weight loss. The techniques he employs are highly effective.

This was my first hypnosis therapy and I assure you that Carolanne is an excellent listener and great at what she does. During the therapy, I actually cried from all the emotions which I never do even by myself. Carolanne encouraged me to say whatever came to my mind and I am person who cannot express my thoughts when I feel pressure or nervous (my mind goes blank and I feel stupid), especially when I have a super strong accent and I am well aware of it, but I actually talked to her throughout the whole session! She spot the root of my insecurities, fears, unhappiness and wrote me an Empowering Statement. It is a short and powerful words to myself that I repeat daily and I feel like everything is possible if I set my mind to it. I can feel the difference after one session, it is like I am not allowed to think the way I used to such as I cant do this or I am bad at that, etc..Instead, it pushes me to take little steps to say positive things in my mind. To take action because I am a big procrastinator so I set small good habits such as I am exercising for 4 minutes a day or I am learning photo retouching one video tutorial a day. It is funny because She knew what my passion was before I even realized it. Probably I was avoiding my happiness for a while because I was too afraid to even try to pursue it. My biggest mistake was to think that "I was not good enough so why should I try" plainly wrong nobody starts being good at something and that was one of the many lessons I learned from just one session. Anyone who wants to look at life in a different light will not be dissappointed with Carolanne. You will not see changes overnight but it will make a difference on how you project yourself afterwards.

If you have a bad habit you want to break, you want to advance in your life/career or want to build confidence, Omar has the experience to help you achieve those goals. I wanted to build confidence and increase productivity for my life and my career. In just the first session, he was able to guide me to the blockers that were buried deep within my subconscious... remove them by bringing them to the surface and dealing with them head on. He then replaced them with positive reinforcement that has since helped me power through launching a new company. I see him once a week to continue with personal growth and for help in powering through issues that are holding me from moving forward with success. I was impressed by the way he was sympathetic to the things I was struggling with as well as his determination to help me change as if they were his own issues.     The NLP/Hypnosis sessions provided by Charles over the course of several months were a trans-formative experience for me. I suffer from chronic pain and anxiety. Charles drew upon his own life experience, NLP/Hypnosis technique, and an in-depth understanding of my physical and emotional history to tailor each session to my personal needs. Through use of visualization, breathing, and relaxation techniques I was able to enter a trance state which refocused my energy away from the area of my body in pain. I left each session in a healthier relaxed frame of mind and diminished pain. Charles also gave me the tools to practice NLP/Hypnosis techniques on my own in order to cope with what was ailing me at the workplace and home, and when confronted with stressful situations.     In my first visit with Gene, he helped me unlock many mental blocks I was experiencing with my weight loss issues. I especially liked how he was able to custom tailor his method knowing my background and able to speak to me in a way that I was able to relate to. This significantly helped me understand myself better and remember the principles and suggestions in our session. In less then an hour I felt like a weight lifted off my mind and shift in my consciousness. When I left his office I had a felt an internal shift inside and was able to see more clearly of what was causing me to over eat. With this new found vision and change of feelings inside, I was able to make more conscious and intelligent choices.       Eric is incredible! I first went to see him for weight loss. After the first session I definitely felt a difference but it was only later that I realized I wasn't snacking like I used to. I just wasn't thinking about food. And, just naturally was eating smaller portions. Later, I went back to him for both motivation and confidence. I always felt that no matter what the issue, Eric had a clear plan forward, and knew how I was thinking and what I should focus on in order to get to where I wanted to be. Highly recommend.
