This all women's fitness boot camp is designed to help you get into great shape without the competitiveness of men being involved. I am looking to help enhance your cardiovascular condition, tone and build lean muscle, as well as perfect your form, posture, balance, and flexibility. The main objective here is to simply be healthy and live a longer, happier life while looking and feeling good. This is a fast, effective way to get into shape for a special occasion, such as reunion, wedding, or more simple tasks like picking up the kids or carrying groceries. A day in boot camp would consist of light dumbbell drills, resistance bands, light running, obstacle course, cardio-boxing, circuit training, stations and partner exercises to help create a team atmosphere. You will be challenged physically, but no matter what your fitness level, you will not be asked to do more than you can do safely. Each exercise will allow you to choose the best intensity for your fitness level. Personal training one-on-one sessions are great but can become very expensive if you are going 3-5 times per week at $50-$150 per session. With this program, you will receive the same results at a fraction of the cost. I design all my programs, so there is no freestyle training here!
