He is a great instructor. He allows you to work at your own pace. At the same time , he pushes and encourage you to reach your goal of being fit. He is also caring and understanding if he is aware of issues you may be experiencing. I would highly recommend him as a fitness instructor.
I told Greg what I wanted to get out of this and he helped me achieve that. He pushed me to dig down deep and strive to complete my training. Over 3 months I transformed my mentality as well as my body. Almost everyday was different which I enjoyed because it forced me to really focus on my coordination. The workouts he has you do definitely challenge your endurance and strength. Multiple times I had to take naps before heading to work. But he takes into account your level of fitness when he first starts working with you. I highly recommend Greg for whatever level of workout your looking for. He keeps you motivated and intrigued with the workouts.
I love working with Charles. He has always been motivating and apparently driven by a love for health and fitness. Willing to go beyond obligations and willing to help with excercises and additional aid even if not during a training sessions. I know i can reach out to him any time and even get messages from him to see how ive been. Sometimes if even to help keep me accountable.
Positive and upbeat, skilled and consistent, Rhonda brings all of her professional attention to each session in a very friendly and enjoyable manner. After years of failing to find a way either on my own or with other trainers to find the discipline to workout in a steady and long term, life-style changing way, finding Rhonda over a year ago has led to the best shape I've been in since my early 20's ..... and that was a long time ago. Workout Anywhere is GREAT!!! Peter has helped me achieve my goals and I couldn't be happier. Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you dont believe it, just ask me.
Intense, detailed European style kickboxing. Evis is a top notch trainer and fighter, mind you I am a fighter. I felt contant development in fitness, technique and actual learning. Cant wait until next time.

He will push you to the limit but never put you at risk to injury. I found Mackens to be extremely flexible to make time in my difficult schedule. Can't say enough good things so try him out!
Judy is a true professional in every sense of the word. She has a ton of expertise in physical fitness and training, and is always able to answer my questions completely and clearly. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she's also is a wonderfully friendly, kind, and encouraging trainer. I appreciate that she guides me through the session using clear, precise language while maintaining a supportive and positive vibe. She thoughtfully custom-tailors and plans my workouts in order to help me meet my stated goals, and at the same time she is flexible, as she is both capable and willing to alter the workout “off-the-cuff” as need be if I arrive at a session with a particular ache, pain, or limitation. My experience with Brenda has been great! I do not exaggerate when I say that she has changed my life for the better. Brenda is super approachable and has a heart of gold, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and takes her job very seriously. It’s the perfect combination! I reached out to Brenda, because I needed to lose weight in order to fit into my bridesmaid’s dress. Over the course of about two months, I was able to lose more than 20 pounds with her guidance. These people are amazing. Great trainers. I wanted a workout that would really kick my butt. Wake me up and show me something new. We did this routine that had me guessing and engaged the whole time. Never once did I feel bored. And boy did it burn. Sharma is great and very knowledgeable in fitness and more importantly with the diet. He gave me many recommendations to tweak my diet so I can finally lean up and get the 6 pack. I would highly recommend him

This young man started off as a recent fully licensed trainer when I met him. I gave him a shot to train me as his first client and I must say I have no regrets in employing this guy to help me with my fitness journey. Because of him he helped me drop 50 pounds before the year was over. He won't help you eat right that's all on you. He came through with helping me work on my workouts and he delivered. I worked with Lauren for a short period of time as I had to move away from The Midtown area but in that time I felt real changes in my health and fitness levels. Lauren is friendly, fun and lovely to be around. I am 44 years old, work full time and actively parent 3 children ages 6, 8, and 11. Fitness was on the bottom of my priority list for around 12 years. I wasn’t even sure if it was possible to fit fitness into my life, but finally I was determined to try. Thankfully one of my colleagues referred me to Cody. I don’t know how this story would have ended if I simply joined a gym near my office and did a little cardio at lunch time, like I had originally planned. For the past 6 months I have been working out with Cody. I think of it as my special treat to me. I take a break in the early afternoon 2 days a week for 30 minutes of training. Cody is very flexible with scheduling and very reliable. Every work out is different, and he cares very much about my progress.
