Luan is an exceptional trainer, I started off with personal training and he pushed me to my limit every class. Which I was grateful for because I can't push myself. I started doing boot camp and enjoyed it. Luan makes working out fun and enjoyable.
The trainer I hired answered his phone when I called for details. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. I have joined his gym and my first training has been scheduled for a convenient time for me.
Everything went well. Joined his boot camp. He took into consideration that I was new and near 80 so he was a little bit easier on me. :) He kept me active and stopped me from turning into an old lady like my neighbors are.
