If you are someone who doesn’t like training with a group of people or in a public space, and don’t have a gym at home, RJ can find a way to make the training as convenient to you as possible. I wanted to loose a little bit of weight, get toned and get back in shape, and I already feel the results. I sleep better, and I feel more positive. She puts a lot of attention on eating habits, exercising steps to practice between sessions, will go over all your eating habits and change them slightly to fit the program's needs as well as yours. She will also share a recipe or two if you need help figuring out your diet. :) RJ has a very pleasant personality and she makes one-hour exercise seem like 15 min.
