He takes the time to prepare my workouts and is flexible working around any discomforts or ailments I may experience. He never rushes through our routine and shows me the correct way exercises are to be done. It obvious that fitness is his profession and his passion. I have had three personal trainers at different times in my life. Neil absolutely is the best one! He is very professional! I have been training with him for over six months. He helped improve my workout to another level within the first 3 weeks. And my body shape changed very quickly. I cannot run due to my knee problems. Neil has helped me figure out a way to do a good cardio without hurting my knees: walking on the treadmill for one hour with incline 15 and speed 3.0. He is very knowledgeable and professional!!!!! Highly recommend!
