Not only was he great at communicating with me prior to the event, but he also offered many delicious options for the menu to ensure there would be something for everyone at my party. The food and drinks were delicious. My personal favorite were the pulled pork sliders and mojitos, but everyone raved about how delicious all of our appetizers were. Chef Dan catered our Valentine's Dinner Party, and was an absolute pleasure to work with - from beginning to end. The menu he put together was brilliant, unique, and delicious.
