I have had three personal trainers at different times in my life. Neil absolutely is the best one! He is very professional! I have been training with him for over six months. He helped improve my workout to another level within the first 3 weeks. And my body shape changed very quickly. I cannot run due to my knee problems. Neil has helped me figure out a way to do a good cardio without hurting my knees: walking on the treadmill for one hour with incline 15 and speed 3.0. He is very knowledgeable and professional!!!!! Highly recommend!
highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer. There are several reasons I would recommend Alex. First of all, he is extremely nice and very easy to be around. It is impossible not to feel comfortable and at ease with Alex. I have a tendency to feel self-conscious while working out, but not with Alex. Second, Alex pays very close attention to make sure my form is correct during every rep, every set. Part of the reason I hired a trainer was because I wanted to make sure I was using weights correctly and doing exercises in the proper form so as not to injure myself in any way. After a session with Alex, I am always sore, but I am sore in an I just had a great workout way, not sore in an I think I may have done something wrong way. Third, I would recommend Alex because I have seen RESULTS! People ask me all the time how I got my muscles! I never had them before, but in the last couple of years, I have developed visible muscle definition in all parts of my body. I have also lost a lot of weight and I have not had to starve myself at all to do so. I eat almost anything I want. Alex says that when you have more fat-burning muscle, you can eat more because your body metabolizes more, and I have definitely noticed this to be the case. On top of all of the above, Alex is extremely reliable, punctual, professional, flexible and knowledgeable. I am lucky to have found him! Train with Alex!
I've tried working out many times in the past, each new attempt as much of a failure as the last. Like many personal trainers, his enthusiasm for fitness is positive and contagious... but what really sets Amaker apart is his remarkable ability to make workouts fun. I find myself looking forward to squats and pushups and burpees and bicep curls - things that would have made me moan with boredom and effort before - because his attitude and approach actually make them enjoyable. My hour-long sessions seem to go so quickly, and I'm always left feeling accomplished and energized. Amaker has finally brought fitness into my life in a way that is actually sustainable.
Rudy is an Awesome trainer! He's very patient and he works with you while making you feel very comfortable. I ask for his feedback on step i should take (workout wise) and he defintely steers me in the right direction. I started off low and not as passionate when training but now i want to possibly go into the pros because of the constant feedback and training rudy has given me. I feel much safer now walking home and going through life with the tools i've been by Rudy! If you want a Great trainer at an outstanding price RUDY is the guy. He's very understanding and doesn't charge nearly close enough to what it's worth.
Mark is a low key very friendly and nurturing personal trainer. He is well informed about his field and willing to learn more as things come up in ones training. He recently attended a course in new methods of exercises for his perspective clients. He enjoys being with people and making his clients feel comfortable and important. He is patient and does not push his clients to do anything that will injure them. He is especially observant and aware of his clients reactions to the exercises, both physically and emotionally. Mark is interested in knowing how clients feel after doing the exercises he suggests. It matters to him if they have pain and where their pain is; once knowing this he can alter the exercise to fit the clients needs. I am an older woman and Mark has helped me build my core, become stronger bodied and improve my posture. He appreciates my abilities, encourages me, in a relaxed manner, to push a little harder, and is positive about my progress. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer and I have confidence he will be able to assist you in enjoying exercise and to feel good about your progress, too.
Being fit does not happen over night. It takes time, dedication, and you have to stay motivated. I've been training with Shiller for many years and he has always kept me motivated and challenges me to do more. He listens to what I want and we work together to get there. I've worked with other trainers, but none like Shiller. After all these years, I still can't remember doing the same workout more than once. Sweat, and tears, but Shiller gets me through it. He makes me want to do one more pull up, one more push-up, one more of whatever I think I can't do. He maintains an amazing balance of professionalism and personability. He is genuinely invested in my physical progress and overall well being. I think I'll keep him around for a while...
Jess is the god of fitness and weight loss. He taught me so many cardio and weight training activities that sped my metabolism throughout the day and night. I became a "24/7 fat burning machine". Just what I was looking for: real fitness, not just cardio and not just resistance training. Collin is excellent at working with my own fitness level, and also balancing that with making the workout challenging. My sessions were interrupted by some extra hours for my job, but I will be continuing my sessions with him soon!
