I met with Jaisen the head fitness coach of Quantum Phytness. He conducted a fantastic group fitness class for myself and my coworkers onsite. Simply put he's amazing at what he does. He's very focused, and right from the start the group knew we were in for a challenging workout. Convenient, effective and worth every penny... We highly recommend Jaisen to anyone serious about their health and wellness endeavors. Jaisen is all kinds of AWESOME!!

Evis Bejko was my trainer for a little over a year. With him I would do Warrior Fitness and a little Muay Thai. His methods are very effective and just after 6 months my body was all altered. I had better stamina, and my muscles were much better defined. Also I had no more joint pain. Also, he would come up with new techniques and exercises quite often. I would recommend anyone to work with Evis.
Andre is an excellent trainer and caters to your fitness level. Always imaginative to change things things up and increase the challenge to get you on your way to your fitness goals. By changing things up, keeping you on your toes and ensuring that the workout is new, exciting and of course physically challenging. The boxing & self defense workouts are fun too because you get to hit back some :-). Andre is exceptional talent to your fitness needs.
I have been a member of a gym for over 20 years, hard to believe! In all the years of working with weights Mackens was the first trainer to come over and give me advice on correcting my form. I never thought of working with a trainer until then and decided to purchase a session or 2 so he could show me how to use the machines and weights correctly. I have now been a client of his for 6 months! The results I have achieved with Mackens are largely due to his training methods, challenging exercise programs, and achievable goal setting. His professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiastic commitment to his work provide the perfect scenario for success! He has a sunny attitude, passion for what he does, as well as a treasure trove of nutritional and fitness knowledge. In my opinion, he is the standard by which all trainers should be measured. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. He is serious about his work but, at the same time, personable and kind hearted. He has no shortage of acronyms that he likes to throw out at you such as, this isnt your first rodeo, piece of cake, or suck it up buttercup. I now have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved, and I've got great new muscles! If you are serious about changing your health for the better, Mackens will lead you every step of the way!
Judy is a true professional in every sense of the word. She has a ton of expertise in physical fitness and training, and is always able to answer my questions completely and clearly. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she's also is a wonderfully friendly, kind, and encouraging trainer. I appreciate that she guides me through the session using clear, precise language while maintaining a supportive and positive vibe. She thoughtfully custom-tailors and plans my workouts in order to help me meet my stated goals, and at the same time she is flexible, as she is both capable and willing to alter the workout “off-the-cuff” as need be if I arrive at a session with a particular ache, pain, or limitation. I have made so much progress under her guidance and have become more confident to work out independently since starting training with her. I would highly recommend Judy to any of my friends or family members seeking a trainer!
Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth
Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. We are extremely pleased with our results. Ed's program not only helped us reach our goal, but has really set us up for long term success with our physical fitness. We'll be continuing our training with him for a while I think.
I initially trained with Chris when I was getting back into training. As an Exercise Science graduate, I stubbornly assumed I knew enough to put myself through a personalized program. I did have substantial exercise knowledge, but I had absolutely no motivation. So I appreciated Chris for his constant efforts to keep me engaged and motivated. What he prescribed for me was realistic and reachable. Never was there a bad work out, in fact they were quite therapeutic. Chris understands this is a lifestyle change that you take on slowly but confidently. Knowing each week you'll see progress in all areas of your fitness. I'd recommend him to anyone.
I have worked with Marvin for a few years now, and he is truly the best trainer, and a terrific all-around person. He understands my issues and concerns (arthritis) and has created workouts that have helped to improve my overall health and pain in my knees. He is mindful of injuries, but does not let you get away with slacking off, and always encourages you to do your absolute best at each workout. He is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and health and fitness, including the latest studies and trends I can't say enough good things about Marvin.
I have done private yoga sessions with Erica Straub, and love them. I've always been active and an athlete (and recently done a lot of dance). I find it hard to find teachers that impress me for any activity -- not intentional, but I am a tough critic. That said, Erica is amazing. My yoga sessions with her were some of my favorites ever. I loved her focus on the hips (even more so than other yoga classes), the athleticism required throughout, and her approach. (Not to mention, good music selection too!). She started with poses that weren't traditional lead-ins for a yoga session, and it helped open my body up literally and figuratively. Each time I did a session with her, I felt 100% better than when I started and had lasting benefits on my flexible, strength and state of mind. I highly recommend her!
I couldn't have asked for a better trainer! Unlike most trainers who pretty much sit on the sidelines and tell you to do this or do that, Moe is heavily invested in his clients. Through him i have cleaned up my diet (he will provide you with one, unique to you) and learned new techniques for my workouts in the gym. I'm an avid gym goer but not such a big fan of cardio workouts. His Body&Mind Fitness class (combined with the workout he provided), has allowed me to transform my body in ways that mindless walking on the treadmill never has! The classes are super fun, with great people, who I have actually turned into close friends. He is always available via text if you need pointers and to top it all off, he's a HOTTIE! who doesn't want trainer eye candy while working out? He's def one of the best!

When I met Erika, I was attending kickboxing classes and working out at the gym. My brother's wedding was about a year away and I knew I wanted to be in the best shape of my life. I wanted to learn more about strength training and I am so happy that Erika was my trainer. She trained me for several months, educating me on what a proper diet looks like and how to link strength training and cardio together. I never thought in a million years I would be dead lifting over 130 lbs. I not only felt healthy, but I also felt incredibly strong. She was encouraging, supportive, and pushed me when I needed it most. Her custom designed workouts were creative and never boring. She really changed my life and helped me prove I can reach my fitness goal.
Will is a phenomenal trainer and I can't say enough good things. I'm a few months in now and the whole experience has been great. At the beginning we set forth no-nonsense goals and expectations. Then he set up sessions and the workouts are no joke. He keeps you motivated and won't let you slack off. The diet advice and communication with him between workouts keep you honest. I have a very busy schedule and he's always flexible and reliable. The results in health, fitness, and weight loss are noticeable quickly. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into better shape, but needs some guidance and motivation in moving forward.
Alex has a passion for fitness beyond what you see from other trainers out there. That passion can be seen physically and mentally how he interacts with people and works with you. A very nice warm hearted guy who wants to help you achieve results FOR LIFE. Every step... every time you think about quitting Alex is there by your side.. encouraging you. I would recommend Alex to anyone any age any fitness level. A++
