She has introduced me to new equipment and ways to keep my body flexible. She provides a good mix of cardio, weight training, core and flexibility exercises. Chris goes above and beyond! He helps me during a bootcamp he created for our church, Fit Church. He is very good about modifying workouts based upon fitness level, chronic pain and prior injuries. He has always been very supportive and doesn't let anyone give up on themselves!
I started training with Carol after suffering a lower back injury as a result of over-training, improper technique, and muscle imbalance. I have been with Power Train for 2 years and I can honestly say that it has made me a stronger and faster player. The trainers are there to work you hard and help you become the best athlete you can be. They helped me work towards my goal of being able to sign to a D2 school and play on an academy team. When I had my two knee surgeries the trainers helped me gain back my range of motion, my speed on cuts, and make all the muscles around my knee stronger! Now I am stronger than I ever have been and do not have anymore knee problems. Thank you Power Train for all the support and training you have given me!

I enjoyed working with Luigi at the U of R Cardiac Rehabilitation Center and all of the patients/clients really enjoyed working with him as well. He had a caring and easy going attitude and a lot of knowledge in his exercise physiology/fitness training field.
I've been working with David for the past month and it's been a great experience. I was nervous when I first started working with him as this was the first time I've worked with a personal trainer however, David made me feel comfortable. Not only has David helped me work towards my fitness goals, he has also worked with me on changing my attitude. In the short time that I've worked with David, I have started to see results towards me weight loss goal and change in my self-image. David is always challenging me to push myself while constantly remaining encouraging. Whenever I have a question, he takes the time to answer and explain it; I never feel rushed. This past summer I trained with Chad during his Strong Performance Training Boot Camp. As someone who doesn't enjoy sweating or working out, it was the most fun I've ever had training. He kept the workouts fresh and exciting every time. He also paid very close attention to details, giving easy to follow verbal and demonstrated instructions, and actively coaching to make sure everyone performed the exercises correctly in order to get the best benefits from each exercise. Chad was very personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. I would highly recommend him as a trainer to anyone.
Well into our plan for resistance training and dietary management, Chris has demonstrated a depth of knowledge in both areas. My progress has been suffient to produce muscle toning and development with a good start on controlling calories and weight loss. Chris has been very supportive in guiding my physical training and has individualized my sessions at every step.

Nevada has been a wonderful coach for me during the Arbonne Clean Eating Challenge. As an Arbonne representative she is highly highly she is very knowledgeable about all of the Arbonne products and her experience has been very valuable to me. Plus, she's been a lot of fun to work with! I have enjoyed this food challenge a great deal and having her partner with me as I walk through it has been great for me. I had hit a plateau for almost a year in my weight loss goals when Nevada told me about the Arbonne food challenge. Now I've lost another 11 pounds in three and a half weeks and counting! When the food challenge is over I intend to continue using Arbonne products to keep my eating clean and keep getting the excess weight and fat out of my system. Go Arbonne and go Nevada!
Beth is an awesome trainer. She is encouraging, make sure you have proper form to get the maximum out of our workouts, a wealth of information on nutrition, and truly wants you to meet the goals you have set for yourself. The nutrition information is wonderful, myself personal didn't realize how much even though I thought I was eating low fat and healthy, really was a large part of why I wasn't losing weight. The inches and weight loss with Beth helping me is life changing. She changes your workout to meet the goals on different mussel group's to maximize your performance and build strength. She is a wonderful person who loves her job and her goal is to make you healthier. Can't say enough about her, she is an awesome trainer, great friend, caring person, all around great person.
