I've had some nagging injuries that prevented me from playing the sports I love as well as get back ink shape. Not only has my golf game gotten tremendously better, but I'm back to the weight I was at in college. Jaisen is highly professional and has this ability to motivate and inspire. Best decision I made in 2015. I can't wait to achieve the new fitness goals we've set together going forward. Skip the meat head workouts with other personal trainers. Jaisen is a home run!!

Charles is an excellent trainer. He's very engaging and incredibly intuitive when it comes to working out and his clients' needs (and he's great at catering to them, too). He's also a perfect match for my training style because he's able to make what you're doing fun while simultaneously paying close attention to your form and adjusting when necessary; he's able to balance distraction and precision in a way that is incredibly effective and something I haven't seen before with any other trainers. It's great for me because it doesn't feel like I'm working out until the next day when my muscles are sore (in a good way). He's also is very flexible and willing to work with peoples' disparate schedules and budgets, so, a win win all around. Definitely would recommend giving this one a shot.

Positive and upbeat, skilled and consistent, Rhonda brings all of her professional attention to each session in a very friendly and enjoyable manner. After years of failing to find a way either on my own or with other trainers to find the discipline to workout in a steady and long term, life-style changing way, finding Rhonda over a year ago has led to the best shape I've been in since my early 20's ..... and that was a long time ago. Serge is by far one of the best trainers I’ve ever trained with. He is extremely professional with all his appts and respects his client’s time. He has a great work ethic and takes training seriously, but at the same time knows how to make a hardcore workout so much fun. Serge will work with you on all aspects of fitness and self defense. He will increase your levels of fitness and can train you to defend yourself in all situations. I highly recommend Serge, you will not be disappointed!

Carlos is one of the best trainers out there. He honestly does a fantastic job of designing workouts specifically for me that will work out my whole body and help target problem area. I have been working with personal trainers for the past 9 years and, in which I have worked with almost 6 different great trainers! With that being said, my current trainer, Bejko Evis, truly took it above and beyond and took the service to a whole new level. Throughout the last couple of months working with him, he was always extremely knowledgeable, hard working, caring and he always pushes me to break new records. If you are looking for a high intensity workout with s cool guy- Evis is your man!

I have been training with Ulysse for a few months. I have used other person trainers in the past and he is by far the best. He has a great personality and he really motivates me to push beyond my usual limits and just not in our training sessions. I take what I get from our sessions and use it when I'm doing my own workouts at the gym. I highly recommend him. He's awesome!

Judy is absolutely phenomenal!! She is professional, intelligent, organized, diligent and so very pleasant. I have specific injuries that she always accommodates for and tailors exercises accordingly. She comes to every session thoroughly prepared with a plan. She knows the correct positions and allignments and fastidiously corrects the client to maximize the benefits of the exercise. I have worked with several personal trainers before, and Judy is by far the best!! I need not look any further!

i have been training with Brenda for 9 months now and she is great! Before Brenda, I did have a very good trainer in another city but then I moved to NYC, so I knew what the standard was for someone who would push you but also understand your personal needs and tailor the workout to make sure you are satisfied. I used Thumbtack to find a trainer and read positive reviews about Brenda and decided to give it a try--she has lived up to all expectations. Her schedule is flexible so she can meet you when and where is best for you (some trainers' schedules are too packed and if you're 5 minutes late, they take 5 min off the end of your session, or do not let you reschedule a session without giving you a hard time). She tailors the workouts so if you want to do something on a particular day or are feeling a bit sore in one area, she will work around that but still make sure you are getting an intense workout. Brenda is friendly and personable to talk to and will advise you on anything from nutrition to specific workout regimens to improve a muscle group. It's important to find a trainer who you really get along with and feel comfortable around, and I have found it very easy to work with Brenda. I'm 100% satisfied--highly recommended!

Having had several trainers in the past, I can say definitely that Jeremy is an exceptionally skilled and effective trainer and demonstrates skills that other trainers just do not possess. Jeremy has great interpersonal and customer service skills and is a delight to work with. What really sets him apart, is his intricate knowledge of the mechanics of the human body and to intervene to achieve optimal functioning. Jeremy is perhaps as or more skilled than the physical therapists with which I have worked. He is constantly attentive to posture, subtle mechanics, balance, and monitors the effectiveness of mechanics (not just brute strength). Jeremy is excellent for any level of fitness or experience. I am a life long athlete that is recovering from severe illness and muscle atrophy. My partner is over 65 and previous hated exercise. In a short period of time, Jeremy has made tremendous positive impact in our physical (and mental) health and fitness. I recommend him with incredible enthusiasm.

Mobile Fitness Group is fantastic to work with! It's so great to have knowledgeable trainers that really take the time to make sure they are helping you meet your goals throughout the process. And of course, having them come to you is huge! I have trained with several trainers over the years but I have to say Erika is the best. She is invested in helping you achieve your goals and pushes you to go farther than you would go on you own. I hired Lauren to help me fix my coordination, teach me how to properly workout while dealing with my back pain. I had several trainers prior, however, I never had the one who catered to me the way Lauren does. From teaching me how to use different muscles group of my body to completely improving my overall life by 2000%. She approached me as a person who needed help, as an individual and not just someone who could been fit under cookie-cutter method. She literally changed my life. From nutrition to stretching, to teaching me how to properly work out - she does it all. I am a vegan/vegetarian, so she continually teaches me how to improve my diet by providing solid advice. She turned me into a new person. My back pain is gone, and she did what no one could for several months. She is a miracle trainer! Thank you, Lauren!

I couldn't have picked a better coach to support me through my transformational journey. Alex has made himself available to me, tweaking his approach to meet my needs. Through intensive massage and stretching, Alex has also helped eliminate chronic shoulder pain I suffered with for more than a year.
