Metro Fitness takes fitness to a new level. I've worked with several personal trainers and each one is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals by keeping you engaged and holding you accountable for your success. The variety of classes and training I've been a part of include, weight training,TRX, Pilates, and Guided Meditation. These experiences have exceeded my expectation of a local fitness center.

I have been doing weekly personal training sessions with Kayla Russell for the past 4 months. Kayla is patient when she's teaching me a new exercise or showing how to use a new piece of equipment, always asks to make sure I'm stretching my personal limits but not going too far, changing up our routine every week to make it fun and challenging, and just has a great personality! Our 60 minutes go by in a flash! I'm 65 and my husband tells me I look better than most 25 year olds (yeah, maybe a stretch, but he does say it a lot, so maybe there's some truth to it 😍). I wholeheartedly endorse Metro Fitness. Every staff member is friendly and accommodating. I've been to many fitness centers as well as the Y and I've got to say that no matter what shape you are in, you will find what you want and need here.
I signed up for a 30 minute training session. Personally I have been working out for 10+ years and am well versed in many different methods of workig out. Tyler was able to quickly and skillfully work the muscle groups we had discussed. I would thoroughly impressed. A great training sessions all around. High recommended whatever your level of fitness.
Training with Scott Morrell literally change my life. When I first began training with him I was fairly new to the fitness world. Together we established a workable diet and exercise plan and set goals that would change my physique like nothing before. My confidence in Scott made our session exciting and diverse, never boring. I was a professional modern/ballet dancer for over a decade. I have been teaching dance full-time in a public high school for almost two decades.
