Training with Scott Morrell literally change my life. When I first began training with him I was fairly new to the fitness world. Together we established a workable diet and exercise plan and set goals that would change my physique like nothing before. My confidence in Scott made our session exciting and diverse, never boring. The results after 3 months of sessions remarkably I placed 2nd in my first of many bodybuilding competitions. I signed up for a 30 minute training session. Personally I have been working out for 10+ years and am well versed in many different methods of workig out. Tyler was able to quickly and skillfully work the muscle groups we had discussed. I would thoroughly impressed. A great training sessions all around. High recommended whatever your level of fitness.

I have been working with Dan Flanick for a few months now. I reached out to Dan after joining a local gym and finding out that I would have to purchase training sessions in groups of 12 and commit to training with a trainer at least 2 hours per week. I was looking for someone who could help me gain muscle quickly while teaching me how to continue independently. Starting Strength provided that program. I am a 49 year old woman (for a couple more weeks) and have lost over 80 pounds in the past year. With Dan's help, I have learned how to gain muscle quickly and independently. I am stronger now than I have been for probably 20 years. While Dan does teach you to work independently, he also provides individual training and instruction. He is more of a coach than a trainer and is always encouraging. I highly recommend Dan for any training or coaching!

I have been training at RevFit since they opened over 2 years ago. I attend classes weekly and also train individually with Josh. The classes provide a great variety of exercises that change and challenge daily, but the trainers are always there to modify, encourage and support. Personal training has allowed me to reach my overall fitness goals. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The trainers at RevFit are outstanding! They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly whether you have a question about your fitness or about nutrition they know their stuff. RevFit also provides Zumba and yoga classes, so whatever type of exercise you’re looking for, RevFit is the place to go!

I first started training with Erris November of 2015. This all came about when I found out I was a candidate for the Syracuse Police Academy. I have to say Erris is a nice person but when it comes to training he is a beast! He'll set a challenge for you that seems impossible but works with you to achieve it. He will keep you motivated the whole time and will not allow you to give up. I give him much credit for training me because without him I wouldn't have made it through the academy. Physical fitness is a huge part of the academy as I was able to make it through and become a Syracuse Police Officer.

Chris was an excellent trainer! He worked diligently with me to improve my balance, stability, strength, and overall toughness. Within a few sessions, I was successfully completing exercises I never would have dreamed of being able to do. Before starting to workout with him, I was doing the same thing at the gym everyday and I found myself in a rut. He changed all of that - he showed me new & creative exercises that were fun and challenging. I lost fat, gained muscle, I'm much stronger, and I feel 10x better about myself now!
