During our initial consultation, I told Katie exactly what I was looking for and she developed a plan specifically for me. After only a few sessions with Katie, I was running at a much faster pace and lifting heavier weights. Increasing endurance was my goal, but because of working with Katie, I ended up losing weight and inches too.
