Since graduating college, I've been extremely focused on my career and advancing myself in the workplace. While I'm proud of my professional experiences, I found myself starting work early, staying late, and leaving no time in between for workouts and health. I decided 3 months ago, I would change that and have been working out with Joe since. I could not be happier with my results and it has definetely been a decision for the best. Joe programs workouts for me 3x a week, has me boxing 2x a week, and schedules cardio 1x a week. He's even begun programming a meal prep plan that I will start next month. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure his clients reach their physical and mental goals. Even when he's out of town, he arranges for other trainers to step in and monitor workouts. All of whom, are just as motivating and educating. Thanks Joe and the whole team at StrongFit! I can't wait to see where the next 3 months or 3 years take me!
I had the experience of taking one of Derrick's boot camps and I would definitely recommend him as a trainer. We always did new and different exercises so the class was never boring. He always incorporated a full body work out which was what I was looking for. He's a great motivator and he will get you the results you are looking for.
I went to a personal trainer at a large gym several years ago and had a horrible experience. Since then I've really struggled with an exercise routine. I've done videos, bought an elliptical and did an hour a day on it, ran, etc and saw little to no results. I had given up when a friend recommended Jill. I was skeptical but decided to try it out anyway. I'm so glad I did! I'm in the best shape of my life and I'm only getting better! On top of being stronger than I've ever been, I have so much more energy and I'm not dreading bathing suit season! I'm getting actual PERSONAL training and though she's very tough she never pushes me too hard. I leave the gym tired and sore but looking forward to the next time I get to go. I would go every day if I could! Oh, and she's always on time and very understanding when you need to change your schedule (or accidentally sleep in- yikes!). Not only has Jill changed my life with fitness but she's also been a really great friend. I 100% recommend her to anyone who's looking for a trainer or wants to take their health to the next level!

I enjoy this bootcamp because she really pushes you. Have you ever worked out and really felt like you really pushed yourself to do your best. Betsy is very positive and attending her boot camp will help you reach your fitness goals.
Lauren listens to the needs of her clients, is very professional and really easygoing , fun, and fantastic to work out with. I have used Lauren twice, two years apart for two session packages (15 training sessions the first time) and currently training with her now. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Ferrigno wellness'!!! I first met nick about the time he was starting his life style change, and to see him now...wow ! My exercise was just everyday life and I ate whatever I liked. My wife got into working out and running so I sent her to a 6 week course ($50), yes for 6 weeks, she loved it. I stared eating better and would exercise when I felt like it. I went to a class with her and have been working out ever since. I now attend nick's boot camp, 5 weeks $30....seriously!!! That 6 buck for a hour with personnel trainer, where you going to find that? Exercise tips, eating right, positive encouragement and full support. Lots of free advice, kid friendly, no infants please. As a retired firefighter that was out of shape, I'm getting back to my prime day by day. THANK YOU FERRIGNO WELLNESS
Trisha is simply amazing. I was literally scared to get back into working out...it had been five years since I had set foot in a gym. Trisha's gym offers group classes guided by her and they are amazing (or you can do personal training and if she is as good as she is with a group...you will not go wrong with her or the other trainers at her gym). Every fit level and body type are represented; meaning I felt very comfortable even though I had never actually done a boot camp class before and wasn't exactly "in shape". She is fantastic about pushing you and encouraging you to keep getting better and is committed to achieving whatever goals you set out to achieve. She treats you like family and has done so much for me already that I don't ever want to leave her gym!

I've been attending Rachelle's boot camp at Eden Park for over a year now and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is friendly, fun, and most of all...effective! Rachelle is an amazing instructor with all levels of fitness and has an great balance of being able to push you to get the most out of your workout and also being sensitive to personal limitations. My Monday through Thursday morning workouts are something I look forward to each day. She puts so much effort into making every workout completely different, which removes the "boredom" factor that I have always experienced with exercise before I started with Rachelle. Rachelle truly cares about getting you healthy. Over the past year, I've definitely lost pounds of fat, gained muscle, and am almost down 2 pant sizes! I recommend her tremendously (either classes or as a personal trainer) if you want to lose weight, tone up or get back into shape and love doing it.
I take part in Amanda's Bootcamp classes 3 times a week in the morning and they have been awesome. I am a ex football player and used to only train using heavy weights at my own pace. Taking part in her boot-camps have opened my eyes to a new style of training and being in shape. Great Attitude, Great Personality, & she is very educated in health and fitness. A+++

I've worked out with Stephanie for years. Her workouts are very high energy, effective and tailored for you. As you get stronger and more fit, the workouts increase in intensity because she is always focused on helping you to reach YOUR goals. She provides motivation and support especially for someone like me who hates working out. She has a way of convincing you to go farther than you did last time. She also changes up the workouts so you don't get bored and the workouts remain fresh and challenging. I highly recommend her.
Mic did a great job; first assessing my Dads' limitations and goals, then customized an initial workout to begin getting stronger, enhance balance and just be more vital. Her approach was far from cookie-cutter and she spent more than an adequate amount of time for this first session. Thanks Mic !
Leah is AMAZING! She is fun, encouraging, skilled, and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. Leah is a blessing to work-out with! I have always dreaded workouts, but with her positive personality, I look forward to them. She is more than just a trainer, she is honestly an inspiration - she is a real woman, with a real body and more strength in her muscles and spirit than anyone else I've ever trained with. I had the pleasure of having Jessica as a personal trainer for 5 months. I have never been an athletic person so she had a challenge before her. Jessica improved my physical strength and balance greatly. I am the first to admit I never really enjoyed working out but Jessica made it more enjoyable except when she made me do the rower! In all seriousness though I highly recommend Jessica, she is very knowledgeable and a great motivator. If I had not moved out of state I would still be one of her clients.
I have tried many diets, pills, personal trainers, and programs to lose weight and get fit. At best I would lose 20 pounds. That was before I met Adrian. When I started with him, I weigh around 290lbs. In a little less then two months time, I have lost 45lbs and dropped 7% body fat!! The amazing part is, it is staying off.
