My wife and I have been using Matt as our personal trainer for several weeks. I am extremely impressed with his knowledge and ability as a physical coach, but even more impressed at the personal interest he takes and helping each of us reach our goals. Matt is genuinely caring and concerned about our health and each of our objectives, and has designed programs tailored to our individual needs. He knows when to push and when not to overdo it, leading us to the results we are looking for. I originally chose Matt over several other trainers online because of his personal follow-up. He is always early for our appointments, and is unfailingly upbeat and encouraging. I highly recommend Matt to anyone who is serious about their health.

I attend fit body boot camp in Marysville and I LOVE IT! There are many aspects that I love about it. The variety of workouts, the trainers but especially the hours! I always played sports as a kid, and I stayed active into early adulthood. However, I developed stress fractures in my shins and had to take a lot of time off. When I started working out again, nothing really interested me, and I needed some motivation. That's where Aaron came in. He tailored a workout plan to suit my individual tastes and to accommodate any physical limitations. I respect his commitment to ensuring proper form and to reducing injury. I have had personal trainers before, but none so committed to my progress and goals. Tylers 10 week program really works! He has the knowledge and the skills to put you in action to lose weight. The best part is: you lose weight the healthy way, rather than being sent down the path that a shocking number of personal trainers instruct you. I chose Kim and fabYOUlous fitness because of her focus on women over 40 and the individual attention I was able to get from her. Kim spent time learning about my specific needs and goals, and devotes our sessions to that long term plan. In addition, she is a certified and qualified Corrective Exercise Specialist, and so she adds a layer of focus on injured or compromised muscles. I especially love that my workouts are in a studio devoted exclusively to personal training sessions and small focus groups, and also that Kim's availability is flexible enough that it fits very well with my demanding schedule. Kim consistently shows me that she truly wants to help me reach my goals. She helps me meet my challenges, and shares in my successes. Our sessions are tough and demanding, with just the right amount of encouragement and positive reinforcement. I feel very fortunate to have Kim as my personal trainer.
Truly a miracle worker. She did an amazing job, very professional. Made us feel comfortable and was very accommodating to our needs. Will definitely hire her again.
