Elijah knows the science behind training and always explains what we are doing and why. He has an excellent sense of knowing how hard he can push and balances that with not putting anyone in a situation of potential injury. He actually makes going to the gym fun. I have worked with several trainers in the past and Elijah is the best!

Body Performance is not your typical group fitness class! I think of it more as small group personal training. These coaches are the perfect combination of knowledge, nurture, and positive feedback. BP distinctively stands out above other exercise classes for at least two reasons: 1) The classes are small and personal. It’s NOT one instructor calling out moves over a microphone to 50 people squashed together in a room. The BP coaches know each person by name and any injuries they may be dealing with. I've personally never been in a class with more than 8 people, and it's usually around 4-6 people. 2) The exercises are individualized to each person’s specific needs. You can count on the BP coaches to provide individual modifications whenever needed, and they always focus on making sure you are doing each exercise correctly. The hour goes by quickly with the constantly changing, wide variety of exercises. I always finish the class knowing I accomplished a strong, challenging workout! The classes are offered at many different times and days. You can easily pick and choose which ones you’d like to attend, as your schedule allows. There are often special seminars offered on varied topics, which help keep things interesting. If you are looking for a motivating, well-rounded, upbeat way to increase your lean muscle mass and burn some calories, I highly recommend BP and these dedicated coaches.
Miguel has been my trainer now for a couple months. He is very upbeat and positive with nutrition and during workouts. He will push you to your limits but still make the workout fun. Miguel is great at checking in with you about nutrition and giving advice on how to better yourself. He is always genuinely proud of you when you finish a tough workout.
Simon is an awesome trainer. He really does make your goals his goals, and goes above and beyond to help you reach and even exceed your goals. The FastTrack 2 group training sessions are great, and you really feel like your are getting personal attention in a group setting. He also incorporates a healthy dose of competition to help push you towards your goals. I would highly recommend Simon to everyone no matter what your current fitness level is,

Joe is a very enthusiastic and knowledgable trainer. I'm a physician so it's important to me to know that person I'm working out with knows what he or she is really doing. He's tough but makes working out fun. He's not going to have you doing the same boring routines everytime you see him. Be prepared to sweat and challenge yourself! In the end, a your hard work will pay off!
I would HIGHLY recommend Andy Berger as a personal trainer. He is not one of those pushy and "in your face" kind of trainers. He works hard in and out of the gym. I can personally say he is tough when he needs to be in ways that are best for you. While at the same time he holds you accountable to the healthy lifestyle he teaches. All in order to reach your goals. Just as much as he is devoted to helping others he and his family are devoted as to living a healthy lifestyle. In addition to reaching my goals Andy has helped me avoid taking Meds for blood pressure & cholesterol by learning and living a healthy lifestyle. He has also helped me recover from a major back surgery. I am sure Andy would be the trainer for you if given the chance.
When I decided to start exercising in a gym, I wanted a trainer but did not have high expectations. I thought a trainer would show me how to use the machines, give me a couple of pointers, and let me exercise but check on me during the time. Didn’t have much faith, but… Todd has worked with me tirelessly, giving me guidance as I try to build a solid core, better posture, and better overall appearance. I have had some personal health issues which requires me to wear a boot on my left foot and leg. That provided more challenges for Todd, but he has me doing things I never thought possible. I look forward to the sessions and plan to keep going. His help has gotten me through a tough surgery as he helped build my upper body strength so I could function. My original goals have not only been met, but the experience in general has far exceeded my expectations. I have more core strength, and have more stamina. Additionally, an unexpected benefit, I am losing weight and eating better through some talks about nutrition, etc. with Todd. I highly recommend him. (And, I am a senior citizen!) Maggie Hambleton
Radu is awesome! He motivates and challenges you are each and every workout. Plus he keeps a very close attention to food intake and offers solutions. His studio is small but wow he knows how to come up with workouts that are tough. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to loose weight, gain muscle or just to get in shape.
I hired Zach in April after I finally got fed up with being a slacker and noticed results showing only after a few weeks. The gym isn't like the fitness gyms out there, where it is crowded and you stand around a lot waiting on equipment or talking with others. You have his attention, he pushes you to do better and he puts you through tough workouts. He is very professional and has your fitness goals in mind. I really enjoy my workouts because he makes me feel accountable and responsible for my own success. If you slack he doesn't hesitate to let you know it. Thanks Zach!

I have been training with Debbie for almost two years now in a small group twice week as well as attending her boot camp's. As a trainer Debbie is tough, inspiring and supportive all at the same time! She pushes when I need pushed and slows me down when I need rest. I am lifting more that I every thought possible and have more cardio endurance than I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend training with Debbie either one on one or in a small group!
I've been training with Danny for almost 2 years now (I took 6 months off during my pregnancy) but my body has changed. Before I got pregnant I had lost fat and I could see lean muscles. I've been back now and after only three months of giving birth and working out with him I was able to finish The Ohio Tough Mudder Challenge (10.5 miles run with 22 obstacles). Danny never allowed me to quit. My experience has been outstanding!!
I met Illirjana while I was going through physical therapy (PT) for my knee which I injured badly playing soccer in 2011. When I was getting ready to graduate from PT in Spring 2014 Illirjana mentioned that she is planning to start her own personal training business and she could call me when she gets licensed. After leaving PT my knee was healed but my body was in the worst shape of my life. I was starting to gain a little weight, weak and had no energy. My running gait wasn't getting better and my one leg was weak. My attempts to push myself wasn’t enough. One Spring I ran into Illirjana in Washington DC. She told me she had started to train a few people and that I should give her a call sometime. After my boyfriend left for military training I gave Illirjana a call and we started our training in May. At that point in my life I was a size 6 in pants when I use to fit into a size 4 or even 2.. After working with Illirjana I have had a complete transformation in body, mind and spirit. I never thought much of a trainer until working out with her. One thing that impressed me is how passionate she is about her work. She never stops learning and she came up with new exercises as I progressed in my training. The training was also tailored specifically to me. I am proud today to be back to wearing a size two. I wear a bikini with pride and stand a little straighter every single day, literally as well. While my goal was to look great right away, Illirjana somehow shifted my focus to athleticism and strength. When I got impatient she would say “it’s like peeling an onion, just a little at a time, don’t worry you’ll get there.” My body is better now than it was in college. Since so much of weight loss and toning is also what you do outside of your work out, Illirjana would send me information on diet and instructed me about what exercises I should do on my off days. Between the workouts and better diet I started seeing results but I also felt happier. After getting engaged in December, we started working even harder towards my wedding goals. When my wedding day rolled around I stepped confidently into my wedding dress and felt like a million bucks. My now husband was impressed by the results as were my friends and family. If you do what Illirjana asks you to do, you will get results immediately and skills that you will keep with you for the rest of your life. She is a tough trainer, but only in the best ways. She is fun, encouraging, reliable, skilled, motivating and a true delight to train with! I have always dreaded workouts, but with her, I looked forward to them. I am forever grateful to have found her!
I have done both personal training and group exercise classes with Courtney. During the personal training, she was creative, tough, and kept me highly motivated. She challenged me to try new things that I hadn't done before and to run faster, lift more , and make the most of our sessions. Logistically, she worked well with my schedule, and she was always prompt and never cancelled a scheduled personal training session. Her group exercise classes are also great. They are high intensity, and I always feel that I am getting a tough workout.

I'm training for a competition and Stony Burks has helped me make amazing progress physically and mentally. Training at any capacity is tough and once you gain the mental strength the physical strength comes with it. Stony believes in his clients and wants to see them accomplish their goals. He helped me believe in myself. He works around your schedule and is very accommodating to make sure you get the training you need.
FastTrack 2 is a great Lewis Center gym with excellent equipment and trainers. My trainer is Chelsea Jordan. Let's face it, everyone is different. Chelsea gets that and creates training programs that account for individuals even in a group setting. Tough programs to be sure but programs that get results.
