Latest Review: I'm a trumpet player and have taken lessons from Ron for about 2 years. He is very informative and and very easy to understand. We have gone over the jazz scales/chords and how to fit them into improvisation as well as taking a good look at the chord stucture of a song. He always having me play the 3rd's and 7th's to get the flavor of the tune. He's a "superb" Musician!!! Maybe have a "practice CD" to work with until we have another session. Keep doing what your doing!!!

Latest Review: If you want to learn to play the guitar, whether you are a beginner or more advanced and want to improve your skills and knowledge of music theory to become a professional player, then I highly recommend contacting Justin Slusher of Ohio Guitar Pro, Fairborn, OH. He has both a prestigious academic background (graduate of the selective Berklee College of Music, Boston MA.) and professional experience acquired by playing in multiple bands from LA to Atlantic City. As a student, what I appreciate most is his patience to let me learn at my own speed without feeling pressured. He truly loves teaching. He gets as excited for me as I do when I learn a new skill or play a new lead solo piece correctly. I feel free to ask (or re-ask) any question about music theory, get advise regarding equipment, or just to ask for a refresher on a previously taught playing technique. Justin has a remarkably trained ear and can write note-for-note instructions on how to play any song that I show up to my lesson with. He has been my instructor for about 10 years ... I have learned that learning is a never ending process ... it just depends on how good you want to be. Whatever level you are at, i'm confident that Justin Slusher can take your playing to the next level.

Latest Review: Joe is an excellent piano teacher. He is a very friendly and easy going person who makes learning piano fun and enjoyable. As an adult with a very busy complicated schedule, Joe is always flexible when is comes to scheduling lessons. If you're considering taking on piano lessons, no matter what your age and skill level, I highly recommend Joe. He'll be able to form the lessons around the skills you already have to take you in the direction you want to go.

Latest Review: I am in my 50's taking piano lessons for the first time since I was about 10 years old. I never got very far with my lessons as a kid and so I truly am a beginner in many ways. Linda has been a great teacher and resource for me teaching me things about the piano of which I was completely unaware. She's always patient, positive and encouraging and not only explains the nuances of how to play the piano but also the underlying music theory which turns out to be crucial to playing well (who knew?). Any piano player will tell you that learning piano is a slow and painstaking process but after about 3 months of lessons I can already tell that my sight reading has improved as has my playing and confidence. I highly recommend Linda, she is a patient, encouraging teacher who explains things clearly.
