I first began training with Kyle Blandford in my sophomore year of high school. I was never much of a workout person outside of football, but I was told that if I wanted to earn a varsity spot I needed to put on 25 pounds by next season. Sure, enough with Kyle’s personal training and nutritional plan, I put on 25+ pounds of solid, muscular weight. In addition to the mass I had gained, I became much stronger physically and more educated as to how to lift properly. I can out lift almost anyone on my Varsity football team and am considered pound for pound the strongest person on my team all thanks to Kyle’s workout regimen. Kyle will also do a lot more for you than just build muscle on to your frame. A big issue that I had and that I still sometimes struggle with is my nutritional habits. I frequently skip meals and when I do eat it isn’t always the best meal nutritionally. Yet, when I changed positions in football and had to cut weight, Kyle created an individualized plan for me that allowed me to cut weight without losing any of my strength. I was leaner, more sculpted, and continued getting stronger throughout my weight cut. I credit this to the personalized workout and nutritional plan Kyle designed for me. As a high school athlete, Kyle’s workout and nutritional plan changed me. I am faster, stronger, bigger, and in better shape thanks to Kyle’s workout and nutritional programs. Katherine offers full service training from workout ideas to meal planning. She is very attentive to your needs and goals and works hard to help you achieve them. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about getting in shape and staying healthy.
I'm doing the one-on-one personal training. Virgil is very motivated and knowledgeable. The exercises are fun and challenging. He understands what my goals are and the exercises are targeting those areas. Nice and clean facility. I would recommend Virgil to anyone who wants to get in shape and get toned up.

Joe has been training me at EFF for over a year now and I can honestly say I can't see myself being committed to my own health and fitness with anyone else. The workouts are different every day with a grand variance of equipment that I either didn't have access to or would never have attempted on my own. Joe always pushes me to do my personal best. Jessica is so great at what she does! I was very hesitant to start working with a personal trainer being that I never have before and really have never lifted weights other than machines at large gyms like Planet fitness sometimes. I’ve progressed more with her in the last couple months than I ever have. I feel great and look forward to my sessions with her each week. She offers so much more than just an hour session. She’s helped with my diet and my work outs outside of the personal training sessions as well. She will adapt to your needs and comfort level but still push and encourage you when you need it. So glad I decided to give her a shot!

I have been working with Alexa 1on1 for about six months now and she is absolutely amazing! Through a combo of in person sessions and her monthly programming, I have made more progress in this short time than in years of doing it on my own. By making a few simple changes, I have lost 14lbs and 11% body fat. Whether it's training in the gym or meeting for nutrition, Alexa consistently pushes me far enough to get results each week, and most importantly has never let me give up on myself!

The most important difference I really appreciated about Kimberly's approach to personal training was the extensive initial personal assessment. I never experienced this important step with previous trainers over the years. She also took note of my strong interest in diet and nutrition and offered a number of valuable suggestions not the least of which was the "Forks Over Knives Plan". As a senior with certain "wear and tear" issues, I anticipated limited progress. I have been pleasantly surprised at the improvement in muscle tone, strength gains and conversion from fat to muscle resulting from Kimberly's customized regimen. The fact that I find Kimberly to be a beautiful person, both inside and out, is the icing on the cake. I have personally recommended Kimberly to many of my friends and associates who would benefit from her special approach to overall fitness and the resulting longevity potential.

Mike is the best trainer in the Dayton and surrounding area. He has helped me and continues to help me reach all of my fitness goals. He has perfected my form in all of my lifts, pushed me when I needed it and helped me to get great conditioning. In the past I had struggled to find a coach that would actually care what I wanted and would go through my sessions so that I would pay them. With Mike, he is fully attentive and motivational. There are not enough positive things I can say about him, and if you have the opportunity to have him train you do not miss out.. he is the best!
She is very knowledgeable on what training works for your body. She offers assistance with nutrition questions as well. Would recommend Heather as a trainer. Very personable.
I have attended several of his “mornings at the bar” classes. The bars are different, which is what attracted me to the class in the first place. I wasn’t the same old thing you find at the gym. Seth’s energy and teaching style is great. I stayed interested and motivated the whole class. I recommend signing up for his personal training as well!!! He is great and you will not be disappointed!!!
Elson is amazing! We just began our training process SIX DAYS AGO and I already feel my body changing! Soooo excited to see what he does with me!
