Latest Review: The most important difference I really appreciated about Kimberly's approach to personal training was the extensive initial personal assessment. I never experienced this important step with previous trainers over the years. She also took note of my strong interest in diet and nutrition and offered a number of valuable suggestions not the least of which was the "Forks Over Knives Plan". As a senior with certain "wear and tear" issues, I anticipated limited progress. I have been pleasantly surprised at the improvement in muscle tone, strength gains and conversion from fat to muscle resulting from Kimberly's customized regimen. The fact that I find Kimberly to be a beautiful person, both inside and out, is the icing on the cake. I have personally recommended Kimberly to many of my friends and associates who would benefit from her special approach to overall fitness and the resulting longevity potential.

Latest Review: I've been at strongfit since last november. I've been training with Marco however I know the whole team. They are all very nice and work with you on whatever you want done. I live on the westside so the fact that I drive 4 times a week over to their place shows how much I like them. I went to a few other places before them and I chose strongfit bc when I came in for my consultation I was happy with what I heard. I came in wanting weight gain, to put on some muscle and get in shape. I started first week of November weighing 138 exactly and now I'm 159. I put on 21 pounds since and I'm very happy. Marco helped me with my diet and the biggest thing is I took all the advice he gave me. He knows what he's talking about and he's so easy to train with. No matter what you want done they can help. Check em out and you'll be happy you did!

Latest Review: Virgil is fantastic! I have been wanting to lose weight and I just didn't have the motivation! He is fantastic at coming up with so many different workouts! It's never the same! It keeps working out exciting and makes it not get boring. He is super friendly and so encouraging! I've already lost weight after 2 weeks!!! Seriously he's amazing and I'm going to keep training with him!

Latest Review: When I started training with Joe, I had no energy and was out of shape. I had been running and thought I was getting in shape. Joe showed me a nutrition plan along with weight training that has transformed not only my body but I am much leaner and full of energy due to his nutrition plan. I highly recommend Joe and appreciate the results!!

Latest Review: I had the experience of taking one of Derrick's boot camps and I would definitely recommend him as a trainer. We always did new and different exercises so the class was never boring. He always incorporated a full body work out which was what I was looking for. He's a great motivator and he will get you the results you are looking for.

Latest Review: Both of our kids have worked with Jason for approximately 3yrs. My daughter is a softball player and Jason worked to improve her core strength which translated into improved hitting. He also worked to improve her quickness and speed which helped her in the outfield and on the bases. Our son is a big kid who needs to work on his footwork and strength for football. Jason worked hard and our son saw great improvement in both of those areas. Jason's workouts are thoughtful and well planned. Our kids will definitely continue working with Jason!!!

Latest Review: In July 2014 I started searching for a personal trainer. I needed someone who was knowledgeable, would help motivate me, easy to communicate with/a great personality, and didn’t pressure me into buying different packages or products. At the end of July I met Jill. She met every criteria of mine, and more! I worked out with Jill till March 2015. Those 7 months helped change my life in a lot of positive ways. The job I had was very physically and mentally demanding, and crazy hours. Which made me lack any form of proper diet, I seemed to always get injuries and muscle aches, and I never had the motivation to workout after. Jill first helped me get myself back in shape. She knew how far to push me and helped me stay motivated through each workout. Through the initial conditioning she taught me a lot about how to avoid injuries, and how to strengthen different muscles to help prevent injuries. After 2-3 months of conditioning, I wanted to change my diet. She gave me a new diet plan, and would help change it after every personal milestone I met. The last few months she taught me how to start building muscle, and how to be safe in the gym. It helped me gain confidence that I could avoid injury and the knowledge of how to properly workout out every major muscle group. Jill taught me so much and was always supportive. She always tried to incorporate different workouts into my routine, to show me new things to do, and it helped keep me motivated as I saw myself improve over time. I recommend her to anyone! Jill will help you achieve any goals you want to reach.
