Latest Review: In July 2014 I started searching for a personal trainer. I needed someone who was knowledgeable, would help motivate me, easy to communicate with/a great personality, and didnt pressure me into buying different packages or products.
At the end of July I met Jill. She met every criteria of mine, and more! I worked out with Jill till March 2015. Those 7 months helped change my life in a lot of positive ways. The job I had was very physically and mentally demanding, and crazy hours. Which made me lack any form of proper diet, I seemed to always get injuries and muscle aches, and I never had the motivation to workout after.
Jill first helped me get myself back in shape. She knew how far to push me and helped me stay motivated through each workout. Through the initial conditioning she taught me a lot about how to avoid injuries, and how to strengthen different muscles to help prevent injuries. After 2-3 months of conditioning, I wanted to change my diet. She gave me a new diet plan, and would help change it after every personal milestone I met.
The last few months she taught me how to start building muscle, and how to be safe in the gym. It helped me gain confidence that I could avoid injury and the knowledge of how to properly workout out every major muscle group.
Jill taught me so much and was always supportive. She always tried to incorporate different workouts into my routine, to show me new things to do, and it helped keep me motivated as I saw myself improve over time. I recommend her to anyone! Jill will help you achieve any goals you want to reach.
