Coach Brian has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals. I have worked with him on and off through the years when he was a personal trainer, crossfit coach and now in his current role. He really take the time to get to know you and understand what you're trying to accomplish. He has a vast amount of knowledge that he uses to help you understand the process and how to achieve your goals. Making sure you get each and every step along the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's tired of where they are and want to make a change in their lives. Whether you're brand new or a trained veteran, he will help you get to where you want to be.

I looked into several personal trainers to help me lose a seemingly impossible amount of weight. I feel fortunate to have met John Drumm at this point in my life. After a number of years working with a few different personal trainers there is so much that sets John apart. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about your goals. Secondly, he has a wealth of professional knowledge and experience to help you. When I started training with John I had some knee problems, so we started with upper body and core strength training. I knew it was working when I started sweating excessively! I bike often but after a while my weight loss slowed down and I needed to change my routine. I never thought that I would like strength training as much as I do now. John makes sure that you train safely, correctly and that every workout is challenging. After each session, I feel so good physically and mentally and it seems like anything is possible! In addition to being a great personal trainer, John is very honest about sharing the importance and impact of food, sleep and stress on one's weight loss goals and overall healthy living. Immaculate conditioning has transformed me from someone who only does cardio to someone who enjoys the weight room. After decades of avoiding sweating, the thought of starting an exercise program wasn't appealling but is very necessary. I found Mike at Pound for Pound to be the best possible trainer for me. He's very careful to make sure I'm doing my workout correctly while pushing me to stretch myself. He's attentive to me while I'm working out. I highly reccomend Pound for Pound and Mike Mercer as a personal trainer if you're new to working out with weights!

Christina Adler is outstanding. She not only understands different skill levels and limitations of clients, but also the kind of workouts each skill level requires. Christina has expertise in isolated and complex body movements and lifts. She understands how to partition and design workouts that flow effectively so clients see maximum gains in an hour or less of training time. Christina specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) amongst others. Her passion and dedication to her clients (rather than a "job") makes her retain and carry clients with her longer than most personal trainers. Christina practices what she preaches and makes sure to communicate that with her clients. She leads by example has has competed many times in bodybuilding successfully.

I have previously worked with Austin in the past and I have to say that he is one of the most thouroigh trainers I have ever met. He really takes the time to understand his clients goals and really map out a structure plan for them. Austin is very knowledge and that is shown through his previous and current clients results as well as his self results . Working with him and knowing him for over 4 years I have to say this guy adds a lot of value to the table when it comes to training.
Personal training with Chris has had a wonderful impact on my life in the last 5 months. I've gained considerable strength, lost weight, improved my energy level, and now I fit into a smaller shirt and pants size. I've also improved my mobility and flexibility. My body feels amazing! Chris has a very extensive knowledge of training regimens and effectively blends principles of strength training with yoga and soft tissue mobilization. He was very responsive to my concerns about old pre-existing injuries (knee, ankle, shoulder, low back just to name a few) and offers many ways to alter exercises to be gentle on the body. He is very professional and respectful and does a great job of taking notes and tracking our sessions to optimize our time together. His private studio space has plenty of equipment for a vigorous workout without the hassle of going to/being in a large gym. I've worked with about 4-5 personal trainers off and on in the last 20 years, and I'm thrilled to have found Chris!

Just started with workhorse fitness, and am loving my workouts! Adrien has a lot of passion for her field and has obviously put in the hard work herself. She was very accommodating of my goals and I'm starting to see results already. If you put in the work with her, you will get results. She actually cares about getting me where I want to be, unlike some trainers it seems. Give workhorse a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Adam is an excellent trainer. I had been lifting and playing sports all my life and thought I was very knowledgeable. That was until I met Adam he blew me away with the creativity of the workouts. He always was well prepared and truly challenged me each time. He is also a good person and through the process of working out with him we became friends. He is the best trainer I have ever come across. Give him a shot the workouts are challenging but fun, when you leave you know you put in a serious workout.

At first I was uneasy to the idea of having a personal trainer. However, after I met Trish I knew I wanted to come back for more because she takes her work seriously and wants to see her clients succeed. Working out with Trish is like working out with a friend but at the same time she’ll keep you on track to make sure you meet your overall goal. She makes the whole experience super fun so you want to keep coming back for more (therefore leading you to your ultimate fitness goal). So, if you’re thinking about getting a personal trainer, Trish Hart has my highest recommendation!
