This was my first time working with Brian, and he has been so helpful to me in my quest to become strong and fit. My primary goal was to strengthen my core and all my muscles so I can maintain a healthy weight, and be strong, fit and active as I get closer to my 60s. He has shown me how to weight train and exercise correctly, and how to optimize my nutrition to help me reach my goals! He is so knowledgeable and is such a great teacher and motivator!

Jeff Brown is a fantastic trainer and chef! I have been working with him 3xs per week for 4 weeks and have already lost 7 pounds. I've been working with Jessica for several weeks now. At first I was hesitant since we had not met live (she lives in Cleveland and I live in Columbus), but she has been amazing. She responds to me quickly and creates meal plans specifically for me. A lot of meal plans seem generic, but I can tell that the plans she makes for me are made for my schedule, tastes, and needs. I communicate with her almost daily and she asks lots of questions to make sure everything is going as planned. When I don't feel well, she readjusts my plan to better suit my body. You can tell how much she cares and how knowledgable she is about health and fitness. She even helps me with what I should eat when I have to eat out. And she never seems bothered by my constant questions. I feel like I am in good hands and trust her. And she is effective...I have already lost weight.

I'm a busy mom of 3 that is not going to hit the gym and get all sweaty at 5am, which is the only time I'd be able to go. After having three children, I had gained a little weight with each child and never lost it all. I was ready to make a change so that I could feel good in my own skin. Joe came along side always encouraging me that I was capable and could accomplish my goals. He changed up my workouts for me so I'd never get bored and he really helped me with my nutrition to see how many calories I should be eating and where I should be getting those calories from. I was able to do those workouts in my own home while teaching my children the importance of physical fitness. He's very knowledgeable and most importantly to me, I never felt like he looked down at me because I was fat. I've just begun my journey with Finesse Fitness. Thus far, Allson met with me once, I shared with her that I want to lose weight, sculpt, and tone my body. I completed a questionnaire,and my nutrition habits, medical condition, injuries, etc. Allison prepared a customized nutrition plan with recipies, and nutrition notes that are specific to my needs. I take the time with each client at the initial consultation and have them complete a questionnaire that asks them questions related to their current health and lifestyle. Their family health history and various other personal questions. Then at that same meeting I conduct a fitness assessment which involves various measurements, strength, flexibility, balancing etc. testing. Then with that information I will customize a fitness routine specifically for that individual. The fitness assessments will then be used for quarterly assessments to gauge individual progress. To prevent boredom and plateau my routines are chaged on a monthly basis.
