I really like the choice I made to go with FitYes Fitness. He did not sugarcoat anything and explained that this was going to be hard but it would be worth it. Even if I want to quit, he pushes me through the last little bit. He is very professional and knowledgeable of the exercise world. I am very happy with the choice I made.
Rick is always a polite professional, who listens to my specific goals and concerns. He is personable and clearly knowledgable about physiology and fitness. As a 55+ woman, I feel perfectly comfortable with Rick in my home. I have chronic back problems and do not need to lose any weight, which Rick always takes into consideration. He is punctual, brings the needed equipment, and tracks my progress. Plus, my German Shepherd Dog is quite fond of Rick, and I respect her judgment. I highly recommend Rick as a personal trainer. Will is very professional. I really enjoy the fact that he customizes my workout plan based on my current needs. He is a great at building report with his clients. He also will do a text check the next day to see how your body responds to the workouts. Its nice to work with a trainer that is concerned about clients safety. Will goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend Will for beginners, intermediate, or even advanced.

Robert is a great trainer and cares about each of his clients! He is also extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of health and fitness. He is very attentive and makes sure you are using proper form and adjust my routine to me. He has greatly improved my mobility. I was experiencing some sciatic nerve problems at one point and Robert adjusted my routine and I have not had any problems in over a year. He also explains the different excercise and what muscles it will affect. Excellent Trainer!
