This was awesome! I can't believe I haven't done something like this sooner. Not only is Alicia an amazing chef, she was able to tell me why my night blooming jasmine is sick and how I can treat her. She taught us how to make chicken marsala; delicious pasta with spinach, bacon, and spices; a focaccia bread that tasted great with everything, and several veggie sides that were seasoned just right. One of the sides was composed of diced beet and a sweet potato, along with some seasoning. That one turned out to be my favorite dish even though those aren't two vegetables that I have the greatest relationship with. I can tell that she is a pro that has been doing this a long time. She didn't need look at recipes and most of the things that she cooked, I had never eaten before. She makes you feel comfortable about experimenting with new things in the kitchen. Just an all-around great experience! She is someone that I can learn from and also become friends with. Hire Alicia and treat her well! She deserves it!

I used Chef Prince for my daughter's sweet 16. The food was amazing. The presentation was nice and the food tasted even better than it looked. He and his staff were professional, friendly and helpful. They even went to get me plates for the birthday cake when I forgot them. I would recommend his services to anyone.
