    Eric is knowledgeable, compassionate professional. My experience with personal trainers in the past left me a bit leery but he put me at ease instantly. He will challenge but not overwhelm you, and make sure you understand what you need to do and WHY to progress quickly and steadily. If you want to improve your health but don't know where to start -- or are a little intimidated by personal trainers who think you should already be in shape before you come to them -- Eric's style of training will be a welcome relief for you.     P.O.W.E.R. Training with Emmanuel Sosanya has been OUTSTANDING!! He is prompt, courteous, and puts up with my whining about working out. He is just the person I needed to help keep me accountable in my fitness journey. We work out in my home 3 times a week. We don't even need a lot of equipment to achieve my fitness goal of weight loss. He has provided me with a strict meal plan, which I follow. He even did a "pantry sweep" on my consultation meeting, pointing out many items I was eating that I had no idea were very unhealthy. I have had other trainers in the past but the fact that Emmanuel comes to my home adds an extra level of accountability. His knowledge level given his background in kinesiology is excellent and his rates are more reasonable than some gym personal trainers I have had. I highly recommend P.O.W.E.R. training to anyone who wants to get in shape and needs the extra push of a personal trainer.

    When I walked into Gold's Gym I was introduced to Chris and we walked around and talked about my goals and what I wanted to accomplish and why. At first I was a little scared to open up to him about my weight but he only told me what was true. Very out spoken person and if you want the truth he will tell you but in a nice way. We worked out 4-5 days a week put me on a very strict meal plan and some of it was things that I disliked but I knew in order for me to see results I knew I had to suck it up. Within 2 weeks I saw a difference and lost 12 lbs which was surprising. At times while working out I thought he was hard but he was only helping me reach my goal and I always went back for more training. He has been my trainer off and on for a year and I've lost a total of 100 lbs as of today and I have more energy than ever!!!! Not only has he been my personal trainer, he is also someone that I've grown to love as a friend and brother. So if you want to lose weight, have more energy, reach your goal Chris Kennerly is the one to call on!!!

    Tommy and his bootcamps have absolutely changed my life. I had never worked out (other than the dvd's I would "watch" in my livingroom) in my life. At 40 years old I decided to try bootcamp and I stumbled upon Tommy via an internet search. I stumbled well. I was nervous about going because I was so ridiculously out of shape and didn't think I would be able to keep up with the class. And guess what...I didn't keep up because I was so ridiculously out of shape but guess what...it was ok. Every fitness level imaginable was there. Some people had been attending bootcamp with Tommy for over a year and I remember watching them and knowing that I would never be able to be that strong and in shape. I was wrong. The cool thing about Tommy is that he pushes you and encourages you and before long....you keep up. His classes are designed for all fitness levels in an incredibly positive environment. I can remember the first time I held my plank for 60 seconds. And I remember my first push up. And I remember the first time I saw my tricep (it was hiding under about 4 inches of fat). I have been going to bootcamp with Tommy for almost a year now and I still leave the classes dripping in sweat and I still get sore and I wouldn't have it any other way. I did my first triathlon at 41 years old. I could have never done that prior to attending bootcamp with Tommy. There are lots of trainers and "bootcamps" out there but Tommy was voted favorite trainer in OKC for a reason. He is an amazing trainer who designs classes that are somehow different every single time and they continue to push me and make me stronger. But, more than that - he wants to see his "students" succeed. He celebrates our successes and calls us out when needed. I can absolutely, with no hesitation, recommend Tommy to anyone looking to make themselves stronger and healthier than they've ever been He offers great training in a supportive environment with lots of laughs (and occasional groaning).
