Tucker and his team were great, easy to work with and when one of the team accidentally broke a piece of the new tub, tucker answered my call, immediately came over, and had a new one installed the next day. His level of customer service, knowledge, and attention to detail is top notch. I’m a realtor and I have since recommend him to all my clients for their interior and exterior remodeling.

I have spent the last two years renovating my house with an eye for detail. I purchased high-end shower fixture and wanted someone with a little more skill to install them. That was not Marc. He did an extremely poor quality job, did not deliver what I asked for, didn’t even really finish the job. He ruined expensive materials, and cut things without measuring, so I wasn’t able to use other, leavening my project looking terrible and unfinished. He broke things and tried to hide it, and blatantly lied to me. He wasn’t careful and damaged the finish on my fixtures. When I asked him to do things properly and tried to walk through it with him he became belligerent and left without finishing. On top of all that he charged me for an hour longer than he was there; I didn’t call him out on it because I simply wanted him out of my house. I am furious.
