It has been about a month since Kurtis installed our bathroom sink, and we're happy to say his work has held up perfectly. TLDR - quoted $600 for a $160 project. Payed the $79 service fee to tell them no thanks. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with this service. We just needed a routine job done - a sink needed to be connected to a drain and faucet hooked up. Photos were sent in advance so there should have been no surprises and there weren't on the plumbers end. The plumber was very polite but the quote was outrageous. He said it would be at least two hours of labor to perform the sink installation. I paid the $79 service fee for the "quote". I was lucky to find another service provider who came by and took care of the sink connection in 20 minutes for $160 while the plumber from this company was sitting in his van in front of our house waiting for their next call.

We engaged Denis to install a pedestal sink in our 1920's house. He gave us a reasonable quote up front, based on photos, that included labor and needed supplies and didn't deviate from that. He had to cut through drywall to install supports and made a couple of trips to Home Depot to get supplies. He is clearly versatile and experienced and cares about the end product, I would definitely engage him for other projects in the future.

Very highly recommend. These guys went above and beyond and I am so grateful for their help and diligence. I hired Vu and his team (3point) for a kitchen sink & faucet replacement, along with an instant-hot water tap install. Vu was very quick to respond to my inquiry and his prices were very competitive. The team was also quick to come out to do the work, and they completed it very efficiently. Of course, there were some unexpected issues during install (missing parts, very old plumbing fixtures, incompatible fixtures THAT I provided...) that I was sure would delay the completion by at least a day-- but these guys hustled and went above and beyond my expectations to have everything done same day-- and even maintained their original quote (very grateful for that). They were keeping me informed of the progress the whole time which I also greatly appreciated. All that to say, I will definitely be using them for my future plumbing jobs. First, let me say that Mr. Shnayder seems very polite and he showed up for my plumbing job on time. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. It's been over a week since Mr. Shnayder arrived to convert my sink from a single bowl to a double. The drywall was removed and the middle of where each sink would go was marked clearly. I am in the midst of a bathroom remodel and the day before Mr. Shnayder arrived new marmoleum was installed, but there was no silicone added for the gaps between the marmoleum and the wall and the base boards were removed. The experience was a disaster, to be frank. When he was ready to turn the water back on, my job was to check for leaks and yell to Mr. Shnayder who was at the main if he needed to turn the water off again. I expected 'leaks' and was completely taken back when some joints of the plumbing he had done blew apart. Water was going everywhere. Mr. Shnayder did not have a shop vac and I grabbed what towels were at hand to stop the water flowing. Mr. Shnayder said he glued all the connections and could not understand the problem. This happened two more times - each a different 'blow-out' location and flooding the floor. I told Mr. Shnayder that I could not deal with the water (and potential damage) to my floor/subfloor. He got two shut-off valves so the water could be turned back on in my house. Those valves even leaked (a significant amount of water). He said he could return on Friday to complete the work. I told him that wasn't going to work and I would have to call someone else. I paid in full for the work because I did not want to risk any kind of lien being placed on my property. I really was at a place where I just needed him to leave. I value the reviews on sites like these and I accept some responsibility for not reading each review. I just saw he had over 50 reviews and 4 out of 5 stars. I presumed he could do what he was advertising he could do. The plumber I hired to fix the problem was surprised at the materials Mr. Shnayder used - shark bite water tubing - and then used glue on the joints. Apparently shark bite tubing works like Chinese finger game where when you put the tubing in the joints, but pull on it, it the joints hold. The plumber said you don't use glue. In any event, the water supply lines repair work cost me almost twice what I paid Mr. Shnayder and a week with only a single running toilet and sink. Be aware. The reviews for his handyman and electrical work seem very good. The very few he has for plumbing should tell you that plumbing is quite possibly not his trade.
