He showed up two minutes early for the appointment, did exemplary work, and thoroughly tested everything. He even managed to fix the light over the kitchen sink. It has been about a month since Kurtis installed our bathroom sink, and we're happy to say his work has held up perfectly.

He was prompt in his text responses, and he outlined his estimates clearly. We like the way he had all his tools in a portable, compact carrier, and the way he spread out a drop cloth to protect our carpet. He carried out the sink and faucet installation without a hitch.

TLDR - quoted $600 for a $160 project. Payed the $79 service fee to tell them no thanks.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with this service. We just needed a routine job done - a sink needed to be connected to a drain and faucet hooked up. Photos were sent in advance so there should have been no surprises and there weren't on the plumbers end. The plumber was very polite but the quote was outrageous. He said it would be at least two hours of labor to perform the sink installation. I paid the $79 service fee for the "quote". I was lucky to find another service provider who came by and took care of the sink connection in 20 minutes for $160 while the plumber from this company was sitting in his van in front of our house waiting for their next call.

We engaged Denis to install a pedestal sink in our 1920's house. He gave us a reasonable quote up front, based on photos, that included labor and needed supplies and didn't deviate from that. He had to cut through drywall to install supports and made a couple of trips to Home Depot to get supplies. He is clearly versatile and experienced and cares about the end product, I would definitely engage him for other projects in the future.

Denis agreed to come to our house to install the faucet, he was focused in his work, and part of the way through, made a trip to the hardware store to get a part, without any extra charge, additionally, Denis observed a leak we were having in our sink, address the situation and fixed it like a professional, without any extra bill, that being said I give Denis the highest rating for his superior and value added service

Very highly recommend. These guys went above and beyond and I am so grateful for their help and diligence.
I hired Vu and his team (3point) for a kitchen sink & faucet replacement, along with an instant-hot water tap install. Vu was very quick to respond to my inquiry and his prices were very competitive. The team was also quick to come out to do the work, and they completed it very efficiently.
Of course, there were some unexpected issues during install (missing parts, very old plumbing fixtures, incompatible fixtures THAT I provided...) that I was sure would delay the completion by at least a day-- but these guys hustled and went above and beyond my expectations to have everything done same day-- and even maintained their original quote (very grateful for that). They were keeping me informed of the progress the whole time which I also greatly appreciated.
All that to say, I will definitely be using them for my future plumbing jobs. I cannot recommend these guys enough-- Thank you Vu and team!!!
