Tony was headed and shoulders above what we could have expected. This was our first ever with an home personal chef. It was like having dinner prepared for you from a friend you haven't seen in a while and then when you see them, you wish you hung out more. Tony is a Gentleman, and a genuine good person. To the the food: We could have choose to sit back watch some TV, sit by the the fire Etc. and let Tony do his thing but we choose to watch the master Chef and take mental notes. Tony was very good at giving pointers to my wife on cooking, knife technique, ingredients etc. While Tony also answered my 101 questions about everything but cooking. The Food was excellent. Being as it was our first time we had a chef we had Tony choose dishes for us, we could have adjusted if we preferred. It was nice to have a spin on some traditional dishes and some we would not really ever cook our selves. BTW, My wife cooks every night so we are familiar with home cooked meals. To the Wine, by the GLOBAL WINE CHEF : My wife and I occasionally drink wine. This really is the super specialty of Tony. I have never had wine paired with food that made the wine and food taste so good together and on their own. I simply just don't know But my pallet and taste buds get it. Either crisp and clean in some areas and mellow and harmonizing in others. This was a true treat for us. This is not something we could do for ourselves or get at a restaurant. We give the experience, because for us that is what it was a 10 out of 10. What you get the money is great, certainly more than you pay for in my opinion. Tony definitely gets a sense of the people and weather you choose to be away from the kitchen and relax or right with him taking notes hes happy either way. EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME! I was celebrating my 10 year wedding anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wife with a private chef. I have a hard time keeping a secret from my wife but everything worked out perfectly. Chef Gregory was prompt and the food was delicious. The presentation of his food was off the chart! He prepared my favorite dish and my wife's favorite dish. The portions were great and we had enough for the next day to enjoy. I definitely look forward to hiring him again.
I had the pleasure of hiring FEAST Catering and Private Chef Services for my recent wedding and reception. At first I was apprehensive finding a vendor on-line since you really don't know if one lives up to their name. Mr. Battersby was very available whenever I needed to call or text about a matter, he responded right away so as to allay any fears I may have had. He was very professional in the time allotted regarding prep, setup and clean up and my guests thoroughly enjoyed his food. I would recommend FEAST Catering and Private Chef Services to anyone looking for a caterer. You will not be disappointed!
WHEN PRESIDENT CLINTON CAME TO OUR HOUSE, WE CALLED DEIRDRE! We are repeat clients of D'Lish, which I think speaks to our continued enjoyment of the wonderful job that Deirdre and her team consistently do. At the center, the food is always that star of the show - but of equal importance is the level of service that surrounds the delivery of the food. Deirdre works with you on every detail - from menu selection, help with wines, service staff and bartenders - and manages to take the stress out of a party or event and lets you enjoy the guests. When we learned that President Bill Clinton would be coming to our house for a fund raiser - and only had 8 days to organize the food, drinks and service for an event with 75 people - Deirdre was our first call. We knew that we could rely on her delivering a knock-out event, which she did. But so much more than that, she went above and beyond and assisted with so many of the details and logistics of the event that I don't think we could have pulled off without her. I highly recommend Deirdre and her team at D'Lish.
Enjoi came out to our home and prepared such a delicious meal. Ronda was a pleasure to work with during the process of putting the menu together. Marcus is such a great chef! Professional, courteous... I can not say enough good things about Enjoi!!! Absolutely Loved!!!
John cooked for my 6th wedding anniversary. He Took his time to sit down with me to come up with a menu that me and my husband would enjoy. We started off simple with a salad where chef John used his homemade vinaigrette, the main course was a little more complex as he did lamb/ lobster surf and turf and very delicious and we even ended with dessert that was to die for! John cooked everything in our own kitchen which was amazing. Him and his team stayed throughout the whole meal and cleaned up everything I think our kitchen was cleaner than when they got there haha It was a great pleasure to have John and his team cook for us!
My experience with David's culinary gifts have been both as a server in a restaurant where he was the chef and privately as a server for special event catering. I enjoy working with David because of his professionalism and talent. Tasting the food you serve is an essential part of providing excellent customer service. David's sauces are hands down the best I have ever had. I highly recommend David as a personal chef.

This was one of the most worthwhile classes I have ever taken! Chef Jamie came out to our house to teach my two teenage daughters and myself how to properly chop vegetables. He was fun, patient and extremely knowledgeable! We learned several different cuts and practiced on many vegetables and herbs. We made a delicious and healthy pho soup which we dined on at the end of the class. He even showed us how to make crepes and whipped cream from scratch. It was only a two hour session, but we feel like we learned skills and ideas that will stay with us for a lifetime! He brought handouts, recipes, groceries and any extra kitchen tools we needed. This would also be a fun idea for a ladies night or date night!
I have medical conditions that leave me exhausted after working 8 hour days. As a result, I would not have the energy to cook healthy meals. Our dinners included fast food, delivery or pre-packaged meals. When I found out that Traci, a friend of my sister, was in culinary school I approached her about becoming our personal chef and preparing 4-5 meals a week that are either ready to cook with minimal efforts or only needs to be reheated. In January 2015, we hired Traci as our personal chef. I provided Traci with some of our favorite recipes. A shared Pinterest board was also created to share online recipes. As my husband is a picky eater, finding recipes that he approves has been a challenge. Traci quickly learned acceptable foods and has been great about suggesting substitutions for recipes. After 2 months of working with Traci, I had to go on a low sodium diet. She had no problems modifying meals so they would be lower in sodium. Each week Traci prepares the next weeks meal plan by reviewing our approved recipes and requests for repeated meals. We review the meal plan and make changes as needed. Traci purchases the food while considering ingredients that she still has in stock. On the following day, she prepares the meals in her house. The meals are placed into glass dishes or covered disposable foil serving trays with copy of the recipes attached. After the meals are ready, I pick up them up at her house. The meals are then kept in the refrigerator (or the freezer) until I am ready to cook/heat it. We provide Traci feedback on each meal. Traci accepts our feedback well and takes into consideration our requests when making the meal again. The meals have been delicious and most have earned a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. The meals not receiving 5 stars were not a result of Tracis meal preparation skills but due to the recipe, such as the seasonings. Prior to hiring Traci I was never fond of left-overs. Now I find myself excited to have left-overs. Traci has even gotten my husband to eat foods I never expected. My husband has eaten and really liked meals prepared by Traci that he did not like when made by myself or family. He has even eaten vegetables that he has refused to eat as he thought he didnt like them. I highly recommend Traci Zammetti as a personal chef. Not only are our meals better tasting than I would make, but we are healthier as a result of the healthier meals and less stress in our lives.
