We had a great dinner party provided by Shaun for New Years Eve. We had 5 courses and each of them was delicious. My partner and I eat out almost 5 -6 days a week and were very surprised at the quality, inventiveness and presentation with a personal chef at home. If we have another private dinner party would not hesitate to have Shaun back.
My daughter and I enjoyed learning some valuable cooking tips and recipes from Chef Art. We made a variety of cuisines, as well as put the grill to use, plus finished it off with a simple yet delicious dessert. I used Green Light Meals to cater a private family dinner to celebrate my wife’s 75th birthday. The entire family came home for the weekend to surprise her...and we did. However, we have a wide variety of food requirements within our family...medical gluten free, vegetarian, no sugar or artificial sweeteners, and no red meat. Green Light Meals customized the dinner with various entrees that met everyone’s personal selections. The food was excellent and the customer service was outstanding...including delivering the entire meal on Sunday of a long holiday weekend. The Hors D’Oeuvres, Salad, Entrees, and Side Vegetable Dishes all complimented each other. And the custom, gluten-free, three-layer white cake with with white icing was a real hit. With full confidence, I can highly recommend Green Light Meals.

Searching for a trainer was hard for me, I wanted someone who is educated and could answer any questions that came up. After finding him on the Tumbtack app, I noticed he had multiple degrees and he was also a chef! So I hired him and after the first day I could tell he was truly something special. His knowledge and his workouts are something I look forward to each week. I would have Nick live in my guesthouse if I could! That’s how good he is. He is always coming up with different workouts and is always supplying me with healthy recipes to cook right after our workouts! He is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him more!

Justin is new young chef on the scene who was on time, well prepared, engaging and wore his professional chef's attire. This was a gift to my boyfriend to prepare and teach us how to cook a dinner with a whole fish. Justin brought all the ingredients, including two very fresh red snapper. He taught us and prepared lobster cakes, avocado salad, taught us how to filet fresh fish, and together we prepared excellent fish tacos. For dessert he brought home made chocolate mousse with fresh berries. Another couple joined us, which made the event even more special. My boyfriend was thrilled with this fun-filled and educational gift and evening. We are already planning and looking forward to our next event with Justin!
