I just started training with marie and wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. It's way more then I expected,we work hard and I have lots of fun. She keeps it interesting and my attention.
I started training with Phil a little over a month ago and wasn't sure what to expect. I've been to gyms before and just kind of gotten thrown into things and quickly lost interest and stopped going. I met with Phil the first day, took my measurements and I weighed 226. He explained that we would just ease into things instead of rushing into it. I could barely do a 30 second plank and was lucky if I was able to do 6 pushup's. Over the last month by taking it easy I didn't feel like this was something I couldn't do. I was definitely pushed though and it made it enjoyable. I actually look forward to getting to our sessions. I have lost 7 pounds to date and can do planks over a minute with no problem and can complete 3 sets of 12 pushups. I've noticed a lot of improvements in my balance too. I Initially joined LA Fitness and signed up to train with Brandon for assistance with post-surgery strength training. When I started exercising with Brandon I was very weak due to my surgery. Since my workouts, I have developed muscle tones, weight loss, and knowledge on how to attain a healthy body. Brandon's strong and impressive academic background in health science has made me feel confident in his training techniques. Brandon impressed me the most my knowing enough about the human body to target specific areas of my body that were weakened. I've also changed my diet, exercise and sleep patterns all based on his recommendation.Brandon has gone above and beyond by offering additional workout sessions that were not scheduled and if I wasn't on his fourthcoming schdule, he's reminded me to put my name on his calendar. Several friends and family have told me they've noticed a great change in my body and I credit it all to Brandon.
Great instructor and always helping students progress ( and have fun) no matter the skill level. Personally has helped me target areas of mobility and strength training to overcome issues that have plagued me for some time.

I am still training with Danny Ernst, and so far he has been diligent in being on time at the gym, helping me to work out to my fullest potential, and he has prepared a fitness plan that works for me! He helps with counting reps and he always checks with me on how I am feeling after each one hour session to be sure I am working the correct muscles. He is also very personable and friendly.
