I just started training with marie and wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. It's way more then I expected,we work hard and I have lots of fun. She keeps it interesting and my attention.
Jonas is very very passionate. During training, he would explain what part of your body is being work on. And he is very easy to reach too. When I had questions regarding training/training at home, I was able to get answers from him right away. Recommended!

I started training with Phil a little over a month ago and wasn't sure what to expect. I've been to gyms before and just kind of gotten thrown into things and quickly lost interest and stopped going. I met with Phil the first day, took my measurements and I weighed 226. He explained that we would just ease into things instead of rushing into it. I could barely do a 30 second plank and was lucky if I was able to do 6 pushup's. Over the last month by taking it easy I didn't feel like this was something I couldn't do. I was definitely pushed though and it made it enjoyable. I actually look forward to getting to our sessions. I have lost 7 pounds to date and can do planks over a minute with no problem and can complete 3 sets of 12 pushups. I've noticed a lot of improvements in my balance too. I've been working out using various fitness programs available for purchase (e.g. Insanity, P90X, Les Mills) for a few years and thought I knew a lot about how to work out. When I tried to put something together on my own, I quickly found out how wrong I was! I did know a lot of exercises, but putting them together into a program that fit what I was trying to achieve just wasn't happening. I was so lucky to have found Dancer for Life. After a brief fit test and interview, she put together a program for me that was perfect for my goals. I wanted to improve my strength and lean out my physique. I saw results on the first part pretty quickly with her guidance and encouragment. She also helped me realize that the leaning out part takes time, but I am seeing great results there too. I would have totally messed up ( and probably given up) without her as a trainer. If you are looking for someone who can help you with YOUR fitness goals and not some cookie-cutter approach, Dancer is the one for you. She is certainly my permanent trainer!
Jen has been a lifesaver! She really took the time to understand what I was looking for, my trouble areas, and taking any limitations into account. For every training session, she always has one of my favorite playlists on and is ready to go with a unique workout. She motivates me and helps me keep pushing myself when I don't think I can keep going. I also travel a lot for work, and Jen is great at giving me "vacation" workouts and checking up on my progress between sessions. I highly recommend Jen, you won't regret it!
My name is Naureen and I have been training with Brandon for about a month now. He is definitely one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. Currently, I train with him twice a week. I really enjoyed the variety and challenges he puts into each session. He has a great personality and makes me feel like I'm training with my best friend! He really knows how to motivate me! Brandon is focused on helping me achieve my goals. He makes every session challenging, yet fun and rewarding at the same time! I found Lisa through her website after quite a bit of searching. I knew what I wanted to accomplish; I just didn't know how to get it done. Nutritional advice, personal training, and motivation is what I was searching for and exactly what I found in Lisa! She is encouraging, upbeat, and always focused on my development. The workouts are fun, varied and always challenging. As I have made lifestyle changes toward being healthier - I feel that I have a true partner in Lisa. She has worked with me on so many different muscle groups and overall cardio fitness my health, body and spirit are all stronger. Each time we go through something new she demonstrates just what a strong and effective teacher she is both my modeling the exercise and patiently giving feedback until my form improves. She is such a strong teacher that many of the exercises she has taught me I now can do at home. Lisa has a variety of videos that she has available for those in-between work outs along with those times I can't make my twice weekly workouts. Simply put - a joy to work with and a complete health coach. I feel nothing less than grateful to have found her.
Keith Barr is a wonderful person and a great track coach! He has been the Head Coach of the Rancocas Valley Track Club, which is a youth sports training program for kids as young as 5 years old, for many years now. The athletes love Coach Keith's easy going personality and the parents love his dedication to the program and to their kids. Keith is very positive, professional and encouraging to all participants. He welcomes athletes of all ages and ability levels and has consistently welcomed athletes with special needs. He has provided many young kids with the knowledge and early training they need to develop early motor skills and become familiar with the sport of track & field. As those athletes age and grow, they continue to get faster and stronger. For those who are older and ready for more serious training, he is very knowledgeable and demanding, yet understanding and encouraging and is able to cater to the individual needs of the athletes. The results speak for themselves as many of the RVTC athletes that Keith has coached have gone on to be track & field and cross country standouts at Rancocas Valley HS and/or college track programs.
Gian is by far the best trainer I've ever had. He genuinely cares about all of his clients and has a huge passion for his job. Gian understands the needs of every client he trains and will work you to ensure you are receiving the training you want. He has helped me to get stronger and injury free for my rugby career. Thanks to Gian, I am now confident with my body and strength.
Mike is a terrific trainer- Extremely knowledgable about all aspects of his work, he is a pleasure to work with and always professional in his manner. Several times I had shoulder problems that Mike resolved through careful and methodical work in his training with me- better than the physical therapists I had used. I just had several procedures on torn tendons on my knee and when they are healed look forward soon to working with Mike to rebuild the strength in both knees and legs. That is how much I trust his work. You cannot go wrong with Mike --he has my highest recommendation!!
After a 1.5 year hiatus from any sort of workout regimen, I heard about Adult Gym Class through a Facebook post. After scheduling an initial assessment with Tony, the head honcho, I decided to start training again. It’s been about 5 weeks and I have nothing but awesome things to say about this place. The classes are tough, but manageable, and are never boring. No two classes have been the same. The small-group setting is ideal for me, because I do not enjoy being in an over-crowded class. It’s wonderful to have a coach there every step of the way. Tony is a great instructor and teaches you proper form & technique first & foremost. Getting back into shape will be no easy task, but I trust Tony’s knowledge and guidance and I look forward to continuing with the classes for a long time. I recommend Alex to anyone....I've been doing the MRT semi-private training classes 2-3 times a week for the past month and I love it, I can already tell a difference in my body. The class is only 30 mins which is great but you get such a good workout in that time period.
Musa Cooper is an excellent personal trainer. He has the ability to train people from beginners level to advanced level. Once he knows a person's fitness goal, he will help them achieve it. Personally, I have achieved the level of feeling that my body is conditioned through Musa's training. I could not have achieved this by myself.
I had the pleasure of working with Tav in both group and one and one sessions. He is both experienced & committed to helping reach and exceed all possible fitness goals. I started with Tav training once a week, as part of a group class, and really enjoyed the variety and challenges he put into each class. Every week was different, from circuit training to hiit intervals, weights and much more. I was also able to have personal one-on-one session as well! They were equally challenging yet somehow fun and a good variety of exercises. He is supportive and encourages you in a positive way to help achieve all goals that were set. Working with Tav, my fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts with him. Most Importantly: He alway made sure that my technique was correct to avoid any injuries and provided tips and ideas on how to continue to challenge myself. He is reliable and is always ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned out for that session. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tav as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. He is one of the best!

Jonathan is a certified personal trainer who has been very dedicated to all his clients. He is very knowledgable about personal training techniques, and even created his own suspension equipment and exercises. Very important, he is a honest and genuinely great human being.
Jon is a great motivational and knowledgeable trainer. He has in depth knowledge of kinesiology that gives him a real edge over other trainers. He knows exactly which exercises focus on which muscle groups and how much a particular muscle group can be pushed for each individual to avoid injury. In my experiences with Jon he has always been a focused professional while still building a personal relationship with me that has been motivational and encouraging. He has also given me some excellent nutritional tips. I would recommend Jon to anyone looking to get serious about an effective training program.
