Michelle is very inspiring. She is to the point and knows her industry well. She listens and figures out fast how to motivate without making you want to give up. I look forward to regular training - will start twice a week for 1/2 hr sessions for 4 weeks. For me, a very sedentary person, this makes sense + some cardio on the side.

Matt has been one of my closest friends and mentors when it comes to personal training. I've used his workouts since the day we started training together. His training programs and the results I've had are undeniably better than any program I've put myself through. This guy knows his shit! He will tailor his program to your specific goals and make it his personal business to make sure you achieve them. And NO, he's not some dumb meathead "I pick things up and put them down" kinda guy. Rachel takes the time to understand your goals, strengths and weaknesses and structures your training program based upon each. I have lower back problems and her training has focused on strengthening the muscles that support my back so that I can do more and more each week. She is extremely knowledgeable in correct form for kettlebell and kickboxing training and incorporates them into your training program along with floor exercises and weight training. The sessions are fun and go by really fast! She is very flexible scheduling workout times and her prices for a monthly package (8 sessions/month) are extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend Rachel for your training needs!
Mike is an AWESOME trainer!!! He takes into consideration your individual needs and goals and then develops an exercise program that works toward achieving them! I inquired about speed agility and strength training for my son, he is basketball baseball and football player. He has been going to joe for the last 7 months and the results have been amazing. He increased his strength, 40, long jump, and vertical leap, he is so much agile and a lot more confident in his play, and his coaches took a big time notice. The programs were always changing and challenging and the facility is awesome. If you want to take your child to the next level, get them into Elite Game Speed, Thanks Joe we are a client for life! Joe has been asking me for a review but I didn't want to share the secret sauce!! Lol
Tom was very thorough when getting my background and understanding what my health and fitness goals were. He took into consideration all of my concerns when putting together a program for me. We even went biking as a training day to have a new type of setting. He was great and really motivated me when I didn't think I could continue.

Laura works with me and my husband. Laura has been training my husband for about six months. He has lost 20lbs and feels better in fact he has increased his training session from one per week to two per week. He is extremely happy with the success he's had with Laura training him. My experience with Laura is much different. I've had 9 spinal surgeries in the last three years, the last one a little over a year ago. Laura has been my primary physical therapist, helping me to regain motion, balance, functionality, core strengthening, stretching, and some yoga and basic strength training. She also works as a team with my doctor who is using the Graston Method to help with my rehabilitation. Sometimes I feel as though I'm making progress and then unfortunately I do something to set myself back for months. Laura has been very patient during my setbacks and diligently keeps trying to get me back to 100%. She is the most conscientious, serious and genuinely caring person I've ever met. Whether it's physical therapy or exercise training she is extremely knowledgeable and very capable. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about regaining their health and fitness.
I've taken other 6 hour courses that felt like days but in Michael's class he makes it upbeat while conveying the necessary information, he has an entertaining take on teaching. I would highly recommend him as an instructor.
