He can tailor to your needs and fitness goals and will also keep any injuries or limitations in mind. He has a vast knowledge of the human body, nutrition, and overall fitness and incorporates lifting, strength training, and high intensity cardio. He has been my trainer for 6 years now and I am very happy with the relationship we have established. He has even given me workouts to do on my own when I am out of town or don't have a gym while traveling.

Latest Review: Michelle is very inspiring. She is to the point and knows her industry well. She listens and figures out fast how to motivate without making you want to give up. I look forward to regular training - will start twice a week for 1/2 hr sessions for 4 weeks. For me, a very sedentary person, this makes sense + some cardio on the side.

Latest Review: Rachel takes the time to understand your goals, strengths and weaknesses and structures your training program based upon each. I have lower back problems and her training has focused on strengthening the muscles that support my back so that I can do more and more each week. She is extremely knowledgeable in correct form for kettlebell and kickboxing training and incorporates them into your training program along with floor exercises and weight training. The sessions are fun and go by really fast! She is very flexible scheduling workout times and her prices for a monthly package (8 sessions/month) are extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend Rachel for your training needs!

Latest Review: For over three years, Luke Hayes was my personal trainer through Trio Fitness. I highly recommend Luke as a personal trainer and coach. Luke is very well trained in personal training. He worked with me to establish diet and exercise goals and held me accountable by asking for regular updates. Luke gave great advice and had a very encouraging attitude. He varied my training routine through a mix of body weight exercises, weight training, and interval, cardio training. Luke focused on ensuring good form while doing all exercises. During my training, I accomplished my goal of losing pounds and body fat. Luke is very professional and easy to work with. Although my training sessions were challenging, I enjoyed the 30 minutes or 1 hour and knew that Luke was choosing the right routine to help me meet my goals.

Latest Review: This is the frist time I hired a personal trainer. I have done the usual weight loss programs, gym membership and impulse buys off TV that promise unrealistic changes.
