Amie does a great Massage. I have gone in with a Specific place that is bothering me and when I leave the pain is left behind 98% of the time as well. I enjoy the hot stones and warm towels Amie uses to relax the muscles, which allows Amie to apply deeper pressure in areas. She has wonderful knowledge in nutrition as well, so you can pick up helpful information on your diet and exercise program while you are there. I guess my only complaint would be the time goes by too fast! ;-)
I'm just a few sessions and already feel stronger after working with Josh! I have a healthcare background and I am still learning from him! He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and makes sure my form is perfect so I don't hurt myself like I always have when I lifted weights by myself! So far I feel that he is a good investment if you are seeking to learn the proper way to lift weights and get fit he is your guy! He pushes me to do more than I ever thought I could do physically and it's such a great feeling to reach that ceiling and break through it both physically and emotionally! I call him " Mr Four more!" Overall, I find his communication skills top notch as he is respectful of your time and energy! He is a kind person but a great motivator when it comes to getting the best results out of you!
