My 4th grade daughter is struggling with reading comprehension/writing and has been working with Jill for a few months. Her essay responses have improved dramatically during her latest reporting period. My daughter has ADHD - Jill accomodates her with a lot of patience, breaks and little activities for the two hour session. We are very please to provide an excellent rating for Jill and highly recommend.

Michelle is an exceptional Tutor who has helped my son with Math on various occasions. Her approach is very personable, as she takes relatively difficult topic such as Math, and makes it fun and exciting for my son. As a result, I have seen a drastic improvement in his comprehension of the subject. Additionally, she has even taken the initiative to help him with other subjects in his class when there is time left over from her tutoring, and the Math homework is already complete. I strongly recommend Michelle to anyone who is in the market searching for a Tutor with the solid credentials.

Steve is a great math tutor. He helped me reach my target GRE score an a little over a month and a half of bi-weekly tutoring. Th eonline format is PERFECT for a busy working mom like myself. What makes Steve's tutoring unique is that it is 100% tailored to your needs not what a set curriculum some course designed. He is open and engaging as well. Neil Grobman is a great tutor. Neil tutored me in the reading and writing portions of the SAT. We had lessons each week. He introducesd and elaborated on a different topic at each lesson. At the end, Neil assigns word parts and an essay for homework which helped to furthur expand the concepts. Neil made sure that he answers all of my questions and concerns. If he did not know the answer, Neil finds any sources that provides the answer. Neil provides an unique way to boost vocabulary, attack the essay, and complete the passage based questions. I have learned a lot from Neil and I recommend him to anyone in need of a responsible and dedicated tutor.

Leslie has been tutoring my teenager son for 2 years. Since she started, his English level, writing and reading have improved tremendously, going from below average to beyond expectations. Leslie demonstrated excellent teaching skills, being softer at times and pushing more when needed. Moreover she shown a lot of flexibility to adapt to him and his scheduled when needed and always got the work done. Leslie has been above and beyond expectations!

We would highly recommend Laura. She worked with our son to improve study skills, improve writing skills and prepare him for the SATs and college essays. Laura is passionate about literature and writing and she is gifted with the ability to share and pass on that enthusiasm. She was able to keep our son engaged, interested and commited to the task at hand. Laura was always prepared and professional, but warm and friendly at the same time. She was a great resource for us, contributing significantly to our son's success in high school. Thanks for everything, Laura!

Chris's knowledge is truly the difference between 2 letter grades on a major paper. His patience, tutoring style, and candor is well worth a session and if you take the initiative with work ethic, he gives you everything he has to make your writing skills as polished as they can be. He is extremely helpful and I would highly recommend him to anyone at any level.

Mark was a godsend for my family. My son was diagnosed with dyslexia and was below reading level. I was suddenly thrust into a situation of quick research on dyslexia and what help was available. Needless to say I was stressed. Tutors were very expensive and hard to find in my area. Then I found Mark who had all the right training for my child's issues, was reasonably priced, and additionally had a fun personality. He kept my son on task but made time for fun puzzles and games. My son is in fourth grade this year and was independently tested..he is at grade level. He can read to learn now and does so every day. Thanks, Mark.

So far so good with tutoring for my son ! My son says that he knows his stuff . He is learning a lot already . Manav is scheduling reading for my son to complete . Manav was great with communicating with me to get the tutoring started . He has been timely . They've met up twice so far and we plan to continue until Manav is off to college . I had Manav provide me with a resume and documentation of his score of a 5 on his Calculus Exam . I also requested to have two references with one being his advisor from his high school . He provided me what I needed and his references both were great and they both spoke highly of Manav . They said that he was more than qualified to tutor calculus II. We are pleased !
