I greatly admire Ms Campora as my yoga teacher. My one to one sessions were absolutely administered with great care to my back conditions. She did what doctor could not do with pushing all the chemicals in my body. Ms campora has transformed me to the extent that I am greatly involved in yoga and meditation and learning through inner engineering. Thank you Ms Campora for changing my thoughts and my life. Karen is very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. She offers a very relaxed setting for practicing yoga, and provides various pose options depending on the persons skill level. Have already recommended her to numerous friends, and will continue to due so.

Susans in-home yoga sessions have been some of the most relaxing experiences Ive ever had. She has been very flexible with our requested times and is always prompt to our sessions. The sessions have proven to be very carefree experiences, as Susan provides all of the props and blankets needed for that days practice. Once practice begins, it becomes apparent how much care and attention Susan puts into each session. She will help adapt any poses to work better for you or will provide suggestions for how to modify a pose to get a deeper stretch. I cant recommend Susans in-home yoga sessions highly enough. With her calm demeanor and patience, she makes every yoga practice one to remember.
Being a member of the "over 55" populace, I began yoga classes with Beaulieu Yoga to improve my balance and flexibility and am so glad I did! With her nursing background, Judy works with whatever physical limitations any student may have and guides them through alternate poses which are most beneficial for their particular situation. She is a very caring person.
Brittney is a wonderful yoga teacher with lots of heart and love! I enjoy that each class is different but has a common theme of love and gentleness. Brittney's sweet and easy going personality is felt through out the the whole class. I highly recommend that you discover Brittney and experience her wonderful classes.
I have attended several yoga classes by Jessica. She is professional and explains the poses that she is instructing. She was recommended by another teacher that has vast experience. I would not hesitate to take her classes.

A nice little studio, with a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. There are several different types of classes available, and the instruction is thorough, and you are never pressured to do beyond what your level is. It's yoga for you, the way you want to experience it.
Kristen was charged with the task of leading a yoga class for a college basketball team. This was mandatory and most of the players had never done or had any interest in doing yoga. Kristen successfully engaged the group on a weekly basis for 4 months and made the team enjoy their sessions. She was able to work on sport specific movements and overall flexibility. Kristen also took a genuine interest in the group and became a member of our family.
No one is more attentive than Lynne. In a full class, she can make you feel like you are in a private session. She delivers a great workout and really helps you stay in touch with why you showed up in the first place!
I was new to yoga, a little nervous and inexperienced; my classes with Ariel really helped me in becoming comfortable with yoga. She is a very good teacher and is personable :) my favorite instructor so far!
Two years ago I started treatment with Martha for anxiety/depression issues and a life that felt too constricted. During this time Ive been able to stay off medication and to try dance and yoga classes that have been a joy. Beyond this, I have gained an understanding of Five Element theory that has guided my approach to each season. Martha is a compassionate and intuitive healer who uses acupuncture but also herbs, stones, and real listening with patients who heal and grow due to her care.
I throughly enjoyed the Yin Yoga class. The class started on time and was very calm with beautiful background music. The poses really stretched my muscles and I felt revitalized when the class was over. I would highly recommend this class.
