Before I went to Michelles boot camp classes, I had never tried anything more than walking and jogging. Going to a gym only made me feel more insecure and just wasnt my scene. When Im in Michelles boot camp class, I have more confidence and can completely be myself. Im surrounded by great women who come from varying athletic backgrounds. It doesnt matter if you have never run or played a sport in your life. Michelle shows you how to correctly do each exercise and tailors each one based on your individual fitness level. Shes a very positive coach who provides a lot of encouragement to keep going, even when you dont think you can go any further. Michelle is an excellent trainer who believes in your full potential and helps you reach your fitness goals.
Once in a while we experience something in our lives that exceeds our expectations. That describes my experience with Ray Gendreau. Ray listened to my challenges and goals and he designed a program that was customized to my needs. My condition resulted from years of poor diet and lack of exercise and a sedentary lifestyle. Since I wanted to work at home rather than go to a gym or studio, Ray came to my home and developed a program that addressed my needs using the limited equipment that I have (exercise bike, resistance bands and a yoga mat). Ray's method as a trainer is to challenge you, within your limits, while encouraging you by making you aware of your progress. Ray also taught me how to make better choices with the food that I eat. I actually took some of my favorite foods out of the cabinets and he analyzed the labels to look at the nutrition printed on the labels. I was shocked at how many of the food items that I purchased had little or no food value at all. Ray made me aware of the fact that simply by making better food choices, I could lose weight without being on a strict diet. Ray also texted me during the week to see how I was doing. I would say that Ray exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering the services of a personal trainer.
Ryan is awesome! I don't even know where to begin.....I am a 31 y/o woman who has always been into fitness. Whether it be track in high school, Barre class during college or cross fit since 2010. He truly has a unique method where he involves movements that make light weight feel heavy! I started 5 weeks ago and weighed 127lbs........since seeing him 3x a week with his recommended diet I have lost 14lbs and have shaved off 1min and 20sec from my mile time!!!!!!!! Jack is an amazing trainer! He will design a workout and nutrition routine that caters to his clients specific needs (weight loss, toning). He Is very easy to work with, a great motivator and always changes up workouts every session which keeps it fun! If you are serious about getting in shape and losing weight then Steve is the right trainer for you the guy knows how to push to your limit as well as encourage you to strive fir your which ultimately is feeling better mental and physically. Worth every penny for a lifetime of health !!
Beach boot camp is so much fun. Every session is different and we incorporated weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and games to change it up. You're outside getting a great work out and fresh air, and not stuck inside of a gym looking at the back of someone else's head on the machine in front of you. I actually look forward to boot camp every time. Now I can do more reps than when I started and I don't get so easily out of breath anymore! I would highly recommend this to anyone at any level of fitness! Thanks Jodi!
Jessi is the whole package ~ she takes a holistic approach to health, fitness and weight loss. I always focused either on exercise, or counting calories or giving up carbs or low fat diets. Never on an integrated approach. With Jessi, I have learned to love healthy but at the same time very tasty foods, so my eating habits have been completely changed. I don't feel deprived because I can't have french fries - I can, just not every day.. and when I am not eating french fries, I am eating orata (a yummy flaky fish) with roasted brussels sprouts, or a tasty shrimp (lots) and pasta (little) meal. I am making sure that exercise is part of my lifestyle as opposed to working out to get in shape for that special occasion. Now with 45 lbs less of me dressing everyday is a special occasion and I am eating well too so that eating is a special event every day.. thanks Jessi!!!

Rocky is a great mentor and a coach , He is also a great motivator and he makes sure that you reach your goals and adjust to your liking. So far I've been training doing boxing with him for about 2 weeks now and I feel way better! Let's lazy and more motivated to start the next day of a 5 day a week training session!
I've been working out with Mike and CYBBC since June 2011. I'm a 41 year old male. When I started the workouts I was 198 lbs and now I'm at 183 lbs and feeling better than ever. I've had personal trainers; done the back bi's, chest, tri's workouts; and had a gym membership that gets inconsistent use. What makes Mike's program so effective is that he sets a specific weight goal for you, gives you a simple diet plan; is a workout coach and nutritional advisor for all clients. This is way more than a basic workout class taught by your local gym. I thought I was eating right and working out the right way to lose weight before joining CYBBC. The workouts push you to do the extra 20% effort that you could never do on your own. That extra 20% effort is what gets results. I haven't been in this kind of shape since high school. I'm stronger, faster and have loads more energy. Mike taught me what is takes. And it works.
Kathy has personal trained me and I have also taken her group exercise classes including spinning, weight training, kickboxing, boot camp, etc., for many years. I love working with her because she pushes you to work hard and gives you the confidence you need to go the distance. She is also very knowledgeable with injuries and knows how to stretch and exercise the body to prevent injuries and also aid in their healing. I had a sore back once while training with her and she knew exactly what to do. I give her 5 stars because she has taken me above and beyond my goals.
Whenever I saw Emanuel's Before and After photo's I said if he can go from 300 pounds to 200 when I first met him. I said there was some hope for me. I wanted to loose about 30 pounds. I lost 27 pounds total. I was pleased with my results. I went from size 20 in my clothes to a size 10. I was SHOCKED (in a good way) with my results. Then I stopped working out thinking I can maintain it on my own. I was wrong and gained all and more of my weight back. I am now back at Unified Fitness working out Faithfully enjoying Boot Camp with my fellow team members. We all have such a great time and I see everyone's Total Body Transformation.
