Dave motivates me and pushes me hard to do my best throughout our sessions. He switches exercises up and lets me add any input if there is something in particular I want to work on. Dave is highly professional and accommodating. He gives me advice and is always approachable to ask questions. He wants what is best for his clients. As a result of training with Dave, I have gained more muscle and become leaner. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Dave and I have gained an appreciation for the vast exercises there are. I strongly recommend personal training with David.
Alan helped me get back into shape after taking the summer off due to a surgery on my wrist. I’m feeling stronger than I ever have! I am getting back to softball season in the best shape I’ve been and I am already hitting the ball harder and farther. Alan will push you to your limits and hold you accountable for your own success. She tailors the training for you. There is no text book workout with Charlene. She won't let you slack either; she knows where your limits are and she's not afraid to push you out of your comfort zone. She is compassionate but firm which is what makes a great Personal Trainer.
Kris Changed my life. I went to her class because a friend was going. It was so hard but motivating. I instantly connected with her and planned on splurging on some sessions with her. As fate would have it, she was starting her next session of Group X. I have done every type of training program. I have run marathons. I have gone to so many classes. Generally I do them for a while and then stop. I am no good at many classes because I cheat. With Kris’ class I didn’t want to cheat. She made me want to do the right thing. I came to her as someone that didn’t lift weights and despite the toll it was taking on my body, was obsessed with running. I saw changes in my body and ability within a few weeks of working with her. At 4 weeks, I broke m leg. Kris continued to work with me and often times created a separate workout for me. By week 10 I was in the best shape of my life. I was 40 and birthed 5 children, the youngest being a year. I was wearing string bikinis. People joined her class because they wanted to look like me. It wasn’t just the physical transformations. My mindset changed. My life changed. I’m no longer obsessed with running. I don’t look at the number on the scale, which is a miracle for me. I battled an eating disorder and addiction for 20 plus years. I love being healthy, I love being strong. She has empowered me. What started as a way to lose a few pounds turned into a lifestyle revolution. I quit a job I didn’t love and am back in school. I am an RN but am now looking into health and wellness coaching as well personal training and spin instructor. Kris gave me the tools I needed to be brave and emotionally strong. Her meal plans and recipes are top notch. I cook from scratch most days and see food as fuel. There are no “good” or “bad” foods. Kris is a role model for me. My only complaint is that she is in MA now.
Tyrell is one of the best trainers I've had over the years. He really knows his stuff... Including nutrition. He's always willing to go the extra mile to help me. I actually enjoy coming to the gym now. I've never had gains like this in my entire life.
Mark has been my personal trainer since May 2013. We train 2-3 x each week. Mark is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, generous with his time, creates each workout to my ability, and is a positive motivator. He trains men & women of all abilities including corporate groups. I have made great gains and I highly recommend his services.
Jesse pushed me to lift more than I thought I was able to and helped me push myself. He showed me new ways to incorporate multiple muscle groups as well as isolate only one muscle while working out. For someone who’s been working out for a couple years, I learned a lot from my experiences from Jesse’s personal training.

Diana has helped me to transform my health and fitness level, and shown me the importance of changing my life. I have known Diana for years, but it wasnt until recently I asked for her support.
