Ryan offerred a free trial, which I think is fabulous. Not only did the trial include a 1-hour full-body workout (with his personal attention the entire time), Ryan also spent a full 2 hours discussing his workout program, nutrition, calculated % body fat and how his program would meet my fitness goals. This is way more than I expected for a free trial session! I signed up and am really looking forward to working with Ryan, who is very personable & motivating in a very encouraging way. Besides the workout, clients will email Ryan their food log & get feedback. The price cannot be beat for this type of dedicated personal trainer! I highly recommend Ryan's services.

I starting training with Phil about two weeks ago. I chose the private unlimited sessions and each session is an intense half hour which he has custom tailored to my special needs and restrictions. He creates a new and challenging workout every session. Therefore, these sessions are never boring. My plan is to stick with this program for 3 months and if I see measurable improvements after 12 weeks, I will stay with Phil's program indefinitely. I have to say that I am already seeing improvement in my mood and eating habits. I do recommend Phil. If you've been looking for an affordable personal trainer, try working out with Phil for three months and see how much your fitness routine improves. 😀

He will adopt a program that fits your individual needs to get you the results you are looking for. He will help keep you motivated by mixing up your workouts so that you never get bored by the same old routine. He knows how to get you to challenge yourself and push yourself harder than you think you are capable of all while also knowing when you are at your limit and need to take a break or modify what you are doing. I have personally seen results that I had only dreamed I could achieve. Revival Fitness is a small place, not a "gym", so you will get a one on one workout with David and usually only a few other people in the place at the same time so you don't have to worry about feeling intimidated. Jason is an excellent personal trainer, and someone I would highly recommend to friends and family of all fitness levels. I worked out with Jason for about 4 months leading up to my destination wedding, and certainly glad that I did. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition and was able to tailor a program specifically to me and all my imperfections. Jason is extremely personable and easy to talk to and gives you that feeling of "oh yeah maybe I can do this". In terms of results you will be optimizing every second of the time you spend in the gym when you work out with Jason. He will make certain you are doing exactly what you need to be doing, and exactly when you need to be doing it. If you're like me and get in the gym and stare at the equipment wondering what to do next, that problem will quickly be solved. Throw out all the excuses we all use, bad knee, shoulder injury, no time, etc. Give Jason a call, get in for a consult, and let him help get you back on track. I was a 30 something newbie to working and out and after a few months with Jason I gained enough confidence in my ability to work out productively and safely enough that I was able to venture out on my own. When I need that kick in the butt to get me reinvigorated I know who to call. I was enjoying my sessions with Jason so much, that I started bringing my wife. Jason was able to put something together where she and I could work out together and have fun doing it. I was really impressed with how well he adapted to my request and took time to develop a workout routine for 2 people that kept us both moving without too much wait time between exercises. Some even involved a little healthy competition, which was motivational. I could go on and on but very sincerely and highly recommend Jason.

Jason has been my personal trainer since March 2011. When I met Jason four years ago, I was suffering from a neck injury, problems with balance (I fell all the time) and was overweight. I had been to several doctors and physical therapists with limited results. The first time I met Jason, he told me he could help correct my neck issues. I said, "If you can do that, then sign me up!" He did wonders for my neck (I can now sleep at night!), balance (I don't fall anymore) and I also lost 35 pounds in less than six months (and significantly reduced my body fat) . He has superior knowledge and knew exactly what my problems were and how to help correct them. Jason is very personable and extremely supportive. I have worked with Gerran for about 6 sessions so far and I would definitely recommend him. He really knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable in his field. We have worked out at a limited capacity gym but he still made it work by adapting to it fast.
