Training with Maranda has been amazing. As someone who's always been labeled as athletic or muscular, I felt I could push myself further and become leaner and healthier, but I just didn't know how to start. Maranda has been encouraging, informative and challenging in all the ways I needed. Within three weeks of eating within my assigned macronutrients and following her workouts, I was down 3.5% body fat and lost inches around my arms and waist. I feel leaner, stronger and overall more confident. Thanks to Maranda, I have the motivation I need to continue over the next several months of my training.
June and I have been training together for about a month now and I am very happy with the workouts that she has created for me. She specialized a workout plan specifically for my needs (strength training and athleticism). She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her employees. There is never a dull moment when you train with June and will be challenged throughout the workout. June does outside research to make sure that the workouts done are the most productive and safe for her clients. I have a rotator cuff issue and she did outside research on how to strengthen these muscles to help me recover.

I have been training with Ron for over eight years. When I started with Ron was 41 and I didn't do anything athletic at all. I needed to change and Ron was just the guy to help me. Now I do CrossFit on a regular basis, have competed in two half Iron Man triathlons, two half marathons and a number of other races. Ron was my coach for all of it. He did an outstanding job training me all along to ensure that I continued to improve and was ready for every event all with a minimal risk of injury. Kim is the best personal trainer out there! She is absolutely amazing to work with! She is great at pushing you farther than you thought possible but also knowing when something needs to be modified for your current fitness level. I absolutely loved working with her and felt so athletic and confident when she was training me! I am so sad that she is moving and I won't get to work with her anymore. Michelle, is a great personal trainer. She has tons of knowledge and experience in training me with me knee injury. I have been working out with her since January of 2017, I see her twice a week and every workout is different. I love that!
