We decided on a comprehensive 5 day a week physical training schedule and meal planning option that met my needs to lose weight and develop strength through personalized one on one training and feedback. Jeremiah is distinct from the other trainers in the knowledge and education (MS) that backs his recommendations and training plans. There are no gimmicks or wonder supplements here...Just strategic training with feedback and clean eating over time. Its great to get corrections and feedback while training to know that you are doing the moves correctly and less likely to get injured.
Cody is a very knowledgeable trainer. His sessions included personalized workout and diet plans in addition to assisting me in defining my workout goals. I would recommend Cody for any of your training or weight management needs.
I am a 58 year old female. I went to Drew as he came highly recommended by a friend of mine! I was a little apprehensive because I've never used a trainer before. I've gone to the gym for years and felt as though I was always doing the same thing. I also wanted more definition to my body, as our bodies lose muscle and definition as we get older. Drew was everything he was portrayed to be! His knowledge was outstanding and I felt like I was in great hands. He made me feel so comfortable. Never awkward or out of place. I told him what my goals were and he also asked me numerous questions as to what I wanted to accomplish. I've seen outstanding results as a result of his training and we are always doing something new so it doesn't get boring. He makes our sessions fun and interesting and I would highly recommend Drew! Andrew is AMAZING. I started working with him about a year and a half ago and the transformation physically and mentally has been ASTOUNDING. Before I started working with him, I was taking anti-depressants, uncertain about what I was going to do with my career, and did not have any functional strength. Thanks to Andrew, I went off of my anti-depressants, gained the confidence to open up my own dance studio, and have developed the strength and stamina to do acrobatics, run the Cooper River Bridge Run, and teach 10+ dance classes a week. The Rebound Challenge is so much more than JUST personal training-- yes you will get strong, yes you will get flexible, yes you will lose weight and tone up, but you will also gain mental strength and stamina, overcome fears, and do things you never thought you could do. Andrew is an excellent trainer! I was never one to work out before I started training with him, and he really makes it fun. He's funny and upbeat which makes me excited to workout with him. After telling him what I was looking to accomplish, Andrew was able to explain to me the exact muscle groups that needed to be worked and what would be accomplished with certain moves. Andrew is a great motivator and a wonderful trainer!!
We met Elizabeth a few years ago when she began to train the adult classes at CrossFit Wando that I attend and coach at the Kids CrossFit classes that my son was attending between soccer seasons. Because she was a soccer player he took to her right away and asked for her to be his personal trainer between season. Because of that connection and his trust in her, She has helped him improve his endurance, strength, and fine skills both in the gym and on the soccer field. "Coach Elizabeth knows how to make it fun so you don't realize you are working hard. She is willing to demonstrate a skill or movement over and over for you before she pushes you to get it right. She is willing to put it all on the line to make you a better player and person." All said by my 16 year old soccer player who struggles with anxiety and self-confidence and confirmed by this middle aged mom who thinks she can keep up with said son. But the one thing that is priceless is she has helped him gain confidence in himself all the while making it fun. My trainer Shelby has been so patient with me from the very beginning of my training. She has encouraged me when I felt like I couldn't continue. She has pushed me to keep going when I was nearly certain my body couldn't do one more squat or lunge or even one more step. I adore her for not giving up on me or letting me take the easy way out. I still have a long journey to get to where I want to be, but with my trainer Shelby by my side I'll get there.
Chris helped me realize that, while I had strength from weightlifting, I really needed to work on my endurance. He put me through a series of exercises and I hadn't been so out of breath during a workout in a very long time. Chris is very friendly and personable as well as punctual. I'm only in Kentucky for 4 months for school and don't have a lot of extra cash. He went out of his way to try and make the numbers work for personal training sessions, but it was still just more than I could spend.
I absolutely enjoy training with Heather! Before I even started my training, I had already convinced myself that this time would be just like the other times--a couple of months and I'm done. Not this time, Heather has given me a new and exciting perspective on becoming healthy and fit; so much that after a year, I'm still training with her and exercising more now then any other time in my life.
