We had a destination wedding to Isle of Palms, so most of our planning was done via email. Becky was so helpful and very responsive with my all my many questions. The day of the wedding they were so on top of everything I didn't have to worry about anything. I had asked for a non-traditional "family style" dinner since we only had 30 people at 1 large table and it was just perfect for our guests. She knew exactly how to present everything and it was perfect! The food was AMAZING! We wanted very traditional "Low country" style menu since this was the first time some of our family had been to SC. Becky guided my through what would be best and pair well together. Our family couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the food was and wonderful it was to try something new. I was able to rent everything through them as well and it was perfect. I did opt to get the vintage china from a different source but they cleared the table and actually washed them all for me as well. They just went above and beyond all evening! The majority of our guests are fine dinning Chefs, bartenders or restaurant owners and to see them all love the food, service and overall experience Becky and Thomas provided was incredible! I can't say enough about their service and attention to detail! They made my wedding day perfect!!
Over the last 20 years, I have hired a number of private professional chefs to come into my home and prepare food for my guests. All of the chefs that I hired were good until I heard about Chef Laurie Erickson, Chef Laurie was not good she was overwhelmingly excellent, truly the finest ingredients, preparation and presentation I have experienced. From our initial contact and phone conversation, Chef Laurie listened to how I wanted the evening to go, and she made it perfect. Our group had several allergies and she was able to accommodate everyone. Chef Laurie and her assistant arrived 1 hour before appetizers were to be served. They set the table and brought flowers, linen napkins and candles. The food was incredibly delicious and her attention to detail with the plating was a work of art. Chef Laurie was very organized, calm, cool and collected while preparing each course, She also let us come in the kitchen to watch and ask questions. The service was flawless and the kitchen was left spotless. Chef Laurie brought the downtown fine dinning experience to us and far exceeded our expectations. Worth every penny !! If you do not hire Chef Laurie Erickson you are doing you and your guests a disservice.
We are a group of 8 sisters who were celebrating our 20th anniversary of our annual "sister trip"! Having a personal chef is something we have talked about for years. Our dear Mother is 95 and had recently fallen seriously ill. We were not even sure if we would make the trip, right up to the last minute. Renee assured me that either way, she would be right on it. Renee was so easy to work with and helped me to customize a fabulous menu! She even adjusted the time, earlier than originally planned, to accommodate us. The food was FANTASTIC, plentiful, flavorful and fresh! Her homemade peach cobbler put Paula Dean's to shame! Renee and her assistant, Matt, joined right in with us; sharing stories and enjoying the banter that only a family can understand! She and Matt were just delightful AND they cleaned the kitchen and packed up all the leftovers for us to munch on later! This was definitely a highlight of our trip and we would ALL recommend Renee to anyone looking for an affordable GREAT meal! Since returning from our trip, we have suffered the sudden loss of a dear brother-in-law and are still caring for our Mother. Renee and Matt have reached out in sympathy, caring and support! Chef Frisco is the best! I submitted my event details through Thumback 1 week prior to my event and Chef Frisco responded promptly. After speaking to Chef Frisco, I decided to let him cater my event and trust me, I am so happy I made this choice! Chef and his team provide a friendly and professional service. And the food was spectacular! Everyone kept saying how good the food was and wanted to know how I found Chef. One other thing to mention is that Chef Frisco is well connected. He was able to connect me with a bartender and a bakery that could make the 80s themed cupcakes that I wanted for my event. Also, Chef has a mobile food truck so he prepared some of the food onsite. So would I use Chef again? Absolutely! And I'd refer him to all of my friends for sure! Thanks Chef, Raquel and team for a job well done!
This was the single best catered event I have ever done. Chef Brittany is thorough, thoughtful and a pleasure to be around. Her food? Unbelievable. Everyrhing was made from scratch and so delicious. This will not be the last time we use Chef Brittany.

Hunter has cooked for my family many times at large family gatherings and parties. He is really fun, professional and his food is always exceptional. He really takes pride in his work. I always call Hunter when I have a need for a professional chef.
I hired Chef Rhiannon from Sweet Rhi for my wife's 40th birthday dinner party and couldn't be happier with everything she provided (food, service, communication, etc.)! She was easy to contact throughout the process and worked with my wife and I to help put together an amazing 4 course menu. She then sourced everything from the local farmers market and other local farms providing organic ingredients whenever possible. The food was delicious and all of our guests raved about it. She even provided cupcakes for our kids (on the house), put together a beautiful write up of the menu for display to our guests, and cleaned up our kitchen when finished! I will not hesitate to contact Sweet Rhi again if we need a personal chef or any other culinary needs.

I don't know any man on gods great earth who has a passion for cooking like this man I feel that if your food isn't prepared with love then it's not meant to serve that's why chef's food is amazing with every bite he will do great things and he has this signature sauce that is just to die for I'm ready for that to be in the stores keep up the great work and when I get married I WILL NEED U TO BLESS EVERYONE WITH YOUR GIFT !!!!!!!!
I have a lot of experience with personal chefs and caterers. Sarah is by far the best chef I have ever hired. Usually catered food doesn't cut the mustard for my food savy guests, but with her years of experience at Charlestons best restaurants she blew us all away. I keep dreaming about the lettuce wraps! She was great with our guests, a true pleassure to be around. I will literally never hire another personal chef again. Rumor has it that she is also shooting a pilot for her own show with the food network...
