Latest Review: My journey with Dawn started in May 2017 and I am currently still working with Dawn. I have always been an athlete and enjoyed working out, however, I had always felt that I was missing the nutrition part with my workouts. I had a trainer that I paid a lot of money to for one year and I got 2 workouts to alternate back and forth each month. He would train me one day a week and the other days, I would go to his gym and train myself with the 1 workout to alternate back and forth with for one month. I was basically doing 2 workouts for the entire month.
I told this trainer that I wanted to get in the best shape of my life and he put me on a nutrition plan where he calculated my macros and it was left up to me how to divide that up. So I basically ate chicken and broccoli all day long, 6 meals a day. I was super dedicated and motivated and stuck with this for about 4 months and what I looked like back then is nothing compared to how I look like now. After 8 weeks with Dawn, my body changed significantly. Best of all, I did this all at home and actually eating meals besides chicken and broccoli. Dawn provides many choices for each meal of the day and there is so much freedom and I actually enjoy eating again. Everywhere I go, I get compliments on my arms and whether I work out. My body has never felt or looked better. It was a little scary to take the plunge and do this all online but I figured, what do I have to lose? And it was the best decision that I have made. I am going to go into my 40s looking amazing. I have never felt better or more confident. Dawn takes the time to get to know you and your body, she does what you ask her to. She will modify any workout or nutrition to meet your needs.
When I started working with Dawn, I was going through a rough time in my life. Being a single mom to an 8 year old daughter was tough. I needed some direction and guidance. I was working out every day buying any kind of trainer I could online and not seeing any results. In fact, I saw a friend recently that I have not seen in over 6 months and she was amazed at the changes I have made. She also reminded me that I worked out like crazy and ate super clean but I was just bulky but I look completely different now. At the time, it was the start of summer and I had all these trips planned, a wedding to attend and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do it before summer started or just wait until after summer. I made the decision to just go for it. Dawn made everything so easy. I went to Vegas twice during the summer, Dawn gave me some suggestions, I emailed her where I would be going for meals and she would reply back with what choices I could decide on. I am so glad that I started with Dawn and honestly, I have learned so much that I can probably continue on without her expertise and maintain my weight but I just absolutely love Dawn’s workouts and nutrition plan. She has so much knowledge and has such a genuine and kind heart that I see her being a part of my life permanently.
Not only have I gained a life long friend but a brand new outlook in life with my health. I love all the experience and knowledge she brings to me and I can’t thank Dawn enough with how much she has changed my body. I am at my lowest weight in about 10+ years and I actually love my new lifestyle. It is such an easy plan that requires not much effort for me to eat. I hate missing my meals because I just enjoy eating so much now.
