Brandon is the best trainer I have ever had. He is able to adjust to my individual needs because his knowledge runs so deep. I highly recommend working with him if you have prior injuries or special considerations.
Brenda is a fantastic trainer. She is always waiting on me at the gym always timely.She is very knowledgable on nutrition, fitness, losing weight, building muscle etc. She will answer any questions and concerns that you have day or night. She is upfront and honest with you about everything. She is helping me obtain my goals and has every bit of confidence in me to complete them and I know she can guide me in every step of the way. Cassie is a kick ass personal trainer! Not only does she focus on your fitness but she also gives you a great food plan to follow and is always a text away when you need guidance. She is always prepared with a workout ready for your sessions and is super flexible with scheduling so it works best for you. Not to mention it's cheaper than what gyms charge for personal trainers, but even if it wasn't you have a much better experience with Cassie! What I love most though is that she isn't afraid to push you but still knows when you've had to much. I would highly recommend working with her!

Andy is an open-minded Trainer with the motivational drive with his clients to keep you out of breath and coming back for more. His knowledge in the different areas of the gym help us to achieve his killer workouts and his courteously response to any changes in schedule. He and his staff has been working us over for about a year and is one of the reasons we keep coming back to Workout Anytime in Hixson. With Andy's dietary help and workout direction with our daily routine as he has been a great reference to guide us through protein, dietary, workouts and plateaus to work through in our daily life. As his jovial manner keeps us smiling.
I was satisfied with Jeremy as a trainer. He was very intentional about creating a plan that centered around my goals. I have a few previous injuries including an injured knee and wrist that he helped me not only work around, but also work towards mobilizing and strengthening. He was always motivating and pushed me farther than I would have ever pushed myself on my own. Overall, he was a positive and knowledgeable personal trainer
Carrie is great! She took a history of injuries and problems I've had in the past along with feedback on prior experiences with personal trainers, and is helping me develop a workout I can take on the road with me when I travel for business as well as reach my personal short and long term goals. I highly recommend Carrie, especially if you are an aging gal with a few aches and pains. She's awesome!
When we contacted Forged Fitness, we didn't know what to expect. We wanted a trainer for my wife, Stephanie, but we wanted a trainer that would really help her to start feeling better. Getting Jillian as a trainer was a great find. Jillian is trained in nutrition, went to culinary school, and is certified in various fitness programs...a great find. Not knowing where to start, Jillian worked with both Stephanie and I on our nutrition. Her strategy was to get us feeling better by putting good and the right food in us. We've been on the plan now for a little more than a month and both of us are not only feeling better but Stephanie is so motivated to continue the journey. Next step is for Stephanie to start working out with Jillian, and I would only expect great results and a great plan since she's spoiled us with a great plan and care with our nutrition...two thumbs up for Jillian and Forged Fitness.

Tanner is an amazing trainer! I started OCR training with him January 2016. I am about to run my 4th Spartan race this October and I ran my first 5k this Summer. Tanner has improved my cardio, strength and agility! He is always coming up with new and different workouts for me, so I don't get bored and my body is always getting stronger! I would highly recommend Tanner!
