We used CJ's catering for a summer pool party and it was a huge success!! CJ's catering provided first class service, wonderful presentation and the food was AMAZING!! Will use them again and highly recommend to other for any event.
Chef Iris was outstanding. She stayed in contact with us throughout the entire wedding planning- Her cake was beautiful, she and her assistant stayed to cut, serve and they were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone
Naomi was so supportive of my wedding flower vision! She was really responsive to the my questions and so flexible when I had to add a few more boutonnieres and corsages. I gave her a challenge to find raspberry colored flowers and she did find flowers that were that color and truly beautiful. My bouquet was lovelier than I ever imagined possible. Naomi did a fantastic job with our theme and the individual unique boutonnieres and corsages were a hit and made dresseding our wedding party more fun! I loved that Naomi was in touch via text or email the whole time before the wedding and more so in the days leading up to it. She even gave my coordinator a lesson on the table arrangements. I could not be happier!
Hiring Carolyn and JD with Top Tier Events was absolutely one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding! My only regret was not hiring them sooner! I did my own wedding planning and decided to hire a 'day of coordinator' about 25 days before my wedding to help the day run smoothly. I am a very organized person, I plan cities for a living and I totally thought I could handle the coordination and planning of a 90 person wedding myself. I have to admit, though, that without the help of Carolyn and JD I would have been so stressed and frazzled the days leading up to the wedding, especially the day of. They made the process SO much easier and FUN for me. Carolyn assisted me in confirming contracts and details with all of the vendors, and helped me nail down the details of my timeline in the month leading up to my wedding. I live in Louisville and she is based in Nashville so we did all of this over the phone and through email, but it was still convenient and her responsiveness was so quick. The day of the wedding Carolyn and JD drove from Nashville to my home, helped us load and transport all of the decor and items we needed to bring to the venue which was about 20 minutes away. Once we got to the venue Carolyn and JD helped us unload the cars and while we were getting ready, they put together all of the decor items for me. She sent me photos to make sure things were set up the way that I had imagined and made necessary changes if needed. JD even dropped me off at my hair appointment and picked up dessert items and a last minute alcohol order for me! The entire day stayed on time and remained stress-free thanks to Carolyn and JD. Because of Top Tier Events, my husband and I were able to focus on what was important - each other - and we had the absolute best day of our lives. I can't imagine what our day would have been like without them and I will be forever grateful for the work. They worked their butts off and remained professional with poise and charm!

I received my Master's degree in May 2013, and my family graciously decided to throw a party to celebrate. My mother had worked with Mary before, and I had attended events styled by her. So, we both knew that she would do a beautiful job. When we met with her, she was very accommodating and informative. She let us know what would work best in the chosen space and the best way to execute our chosen color scheme. When I saw the finished product, I was completely blown away. She remembered to incorporate my favorite flower into the centerpieces on top the numerous other beautiful details. No matter where you looked, there was something amazing to be seen. I really appreciated the work that she and her team did.
April is an amazing event planner! Her eye for event decor and layout is a gift. The job of an event planner is not easy which is why her patience and gentle spirit when dealing with various situations is a plus!
Stephanie helped plan all of the décor elements and vendor management for our rustic country themed holiday party with over 500 attendees. Lilly and her team did a great job helping to create my 6 year old's unicorn birthday party. I have four small children and I planned on inviting adult guests as well as children, so I wanted someone to help me throw a great party so I could talk to my guests. Lilly made that happen. She organized party favors, games, decorations, tent and table rentals at very reasonable prices, cutting the birthday cake, serving drinks and Unicorn Popcorn, and prizes for the games. She worked behind the scenes and was unobtrusively making the party happen. I was able to completely hand the reigns over to her and enjoy myself. She is great with children and adults alike. She wears many hats and has lots of knowledge about children and party planning. Her team was very professional too. She takes in all the information you give her, and adds her own flair. I felt like I was listened to and my needs were respected and enhanced. I also felt like she enjoyed herself- like it wasn't just a job for her, which honestly makes a difference. I will definitely recommend her and use her again myself.

I could not have imagined our special day without the help of Ashley as our Day of Coordinator. I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator at all (since I was so concerned with our budget), but I don't know what I would have done without her. My hope was to have someone to be the point person for the entire wedding day, and she did the job beautifully! You can tell she has a real passion for this business, and with her getting married a year ago, she really knows what a bride needs and expects from a planner and coordinator. She remained very organized and on top of everything. She kept in constant communication with myself and the vendors, making sure no detail was left out. The day of the wedding, she kept the staff, vendors, and wedding party on the timeline we had set out. It was very organized but did not have to be to the minute which is what I wanted for our guests and wedding party. It was able to flow perfectly without being rushed from one event to the next. If there was ever a hiccup, she handled it with ease and discretion, because my husband and I just had an absolute blast without any stress or worry. She worked so hard from assisting with all of the set up and tear down, cuing the transitions from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception, and then to departure. Ashley followed our vision to the T with how the venue and decorations were arranged, and assisted us when we needed suggestions or opinions. I would highly recommend her services for anyone looking for a hard working, organized, and responsible Wedding Planner/Day of Coordinator.
